GoogleMoving to a new place can be very stressful but Fenn Wright and their lettings agent Nathaniel made the process completely stress-free and it was always nice to see a friendly face whenever I had to pop in!

GoogleOld school Estate Agents - by that I mean back in the days when they didn't have to tell the truth. If you're buying from them, carefully check all the details of the house in question. You'll notice loads of paragraphs of disclaimers at the end of the description! Basically what they say is "These are the details of the property, but don't take our word for it". TRY TO AVOID DEALING WITH A NUMPTY CALLED TOM!! Not the sharpest tool in the box!

GoogleUnfair contract terms are placed in tenancy agreements, get a solicitor to check through prior to agreeing any tenancy agreement. You will be locked in for 12 months with no break clause and if you want to break early they will charge you over £1,000 plus VAT to break the agreement (which I assume is literally made up as it's noted nowhere within the tenancy agreement) and that you have to continue paying rent on top of this extortionate fee. Will never use again.

GoogleMe and my partner have been through fenn Wright for 2 rental properties now and each time it was Melissa that helped us beyond relief. The customer service she offers is impeccable and she has gone out of her way to help us get our second flat. I would highly recommend using fenn Wright if you're wanting a rental property. GoogleI don’t often feel compelled to write a review but I have to take a minute to thank Nathaniel for his amazing service today. Rarely have I dealt with such a professional, sincere and thoughtful agent. He seemed genuinely happy to show me around and went above and beyond his role to find out if I was satisfied. GoogleI can’t thank Karl enough for working with my sister and I to find new tenants for our mums house. Unfortunately we had a previous bad experience so changed agents and Fenn Wright have been excellent. Karl has listened, been helpful and understood what we were after, needless to say he has found tenants in an amazingly quick time which hopefully are just who we are looking for. Excellent service.

GoogleDon’t even deserve a star... Worst estate agent I have experienced. Was notified a day before my moving in date that the landlord had rejected the application. Once challenged, we were basically told it was our fault. This is not the case. We had no updates, no one from Fenn Wright being in direct contact with us to make sure everything was ok. The communication is extremely poor. Fenn Wright do not take any responsibility, once forms have been sent off.. this is something they do not mention (another way to get your money). The lady I spoke to on the phone from Fenn Wright was extremely rude from the start, she kept interrupting me. Her overall customer service was shocking. I can’t stress about how poor the communication is. The only time myself and my partner heard from anyone at Fenn Wright was when we were signing the documents right at the beginning of the process. From then we were left to deal with everything else ourselves. They have caused nothing but an inconvenience & not once did we receive an apology. Very unprofessional.

GoogleFrom my first interaction when I purchased my property a few years ago to then deciding to use Fenn Wright for the sale I have never been disappointed with the service and professionalism of the entire team. My sale was a tricky one with a long chain, without the experience and will to get the deal across the line the sale would’ve Certainly fallen through. My special thanks to Gemma and Graham for their support, knowledge and constant communication throughout the process.

GoogleFenn Wright Manningtree have dealt with the sale of our property which i'm sure for them has not been one of the most straight forward sales and has dragged on for several months. At every point the whole team at the Manningtree office have provided an A* service. We are pleased we appointed Fenn Wright and will definitely use them again in the future.

All the agents are kind and friendly, but we have been particularly grateful to Callum Jacobs, and his assistant Shannon, for their persistence in what has been a long and difficult move. GoogleFenn Wright went out of their way in difficult circumstances. I did not think Estate agents did a lot before I went through this sale, but they were instrumental in getting the sale over the line. I was going to go with an "online" agent with an upfront payment as it was cheaper - but I am relieved that I didn't now as I am sure I would not have got the level of service and perseverance received I from Fenn Wright.
