GoogleFenn Wright Manningtree have dealt with the sale of our property which i'm sure for them has not been one of the most straight forward sales and has dragged on for several months. At every point the whole team at the Manningtree office have provided an A* service. We are pleased we appointed Fenn Wright and will definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleFenn Wright acted for the seller of our new dream home. If it had not been for their stellar performance the sale would have fallen through. Graham Buxton was very approachable and professional when dealing with the negotiations and once a price was agreed it seemed things would progress quickly and smoothly as the chain was fairly small. However, from early on it was beset with issues lower down the chain. Despite the problems, Tracy Wigens was incredible in progressing the sale and regularly kept in contact, often going above and beyond. She was a great sounding board when it came to working problems out. Dealing with very experienced agents made a big difference and I would highly recommend Fenn Wright.

GoogleThe team at Fenn Wright recently dealt with the sale of our property. Jenny Olley was the agent who showed potential buyers around, she was professional and helpful and had a sense of which people were wasting time and those that were seriously interested. Once an offer had been received, Tracy Wigen was our point of contact again she was professional and went above and beyond her role to ensure the transition was as smooth as possible. I highly recommend the team at Fenn Wright Sudbury.
