We got someone to come round to value/ take pictures and they seemed to come across as professional so agreed to use Fenn Wright. We mostly dealt with Paul Coward, the first alarm was how pictures were being taken at sloppy angles with one hand. Again we trusted the “professionals” and upon launch of the advert, photos were missing, at angles, reflections showing. Also the description was blunt and not interesting at all and room measurements were far from complete. We asked them to come back and correct the issues, which he did with the same issues, and had now put multiples of the same room on the advert and also did not show photos in order (outside, kitchen, car park, dining room instead of outside areas followed by downstairs then upstairs). We messaged to alert them of this issue and rewrote the description ourselves. We also did viewings ourselves, and people were coming telling us that Fenn Wright had told them incorrect information that almost meant they didn’t come. We tried to ring to correct these issues, and now was being ignored. We had to go in the shop and was transferred to someone else as Paul had repeatedly ignored us. After this, problems still occurred. Pictures still had not been corrected. We were phoning to find out they’d “forgot” to tell us there was viewings. We got so tired of them we decided to take some time redecorating and refused viewings for a while as we did this so we could redo the ad completely. When we told them we’re ready to relist, we’d had an email in the morning say there was a viewing for the afternoon. We phoned to tell them and got told because it was taking too long and wasn’t getting “many viewings” they didn’t want to list it anymore. I pointed out we’d been told of a viewing just that morning and it actually stunned them as they realised I was right but still insisted they didn’t want to. Even hang up on my halfway through a sentence. Very disappointing as the higher priced houses definitely get premium service, but all lower priced are neglected and harassed to drop the price constantly rather than rectify their errors. Commercial department is disaster. They don't reply back to emails or phone calls. They either only let certain buyers buy the properties or they don't like our name!!! Don't you guys think if more buyers involved u may sell the properties better price? Why so many times emailing and phoning but nothing back. Do i have to call my self certain name to get reply from u ??? Not fair for buyer and sellers Definitely not recommend for selling commercial properties because they are choosing buyers and not letting anyone else come near it ( money in the bank ready to pay asking price even more .. 3 times experiencing same unprofessional treatment)

It was a very busy time for them but we were very happy with the service they provided, especially towards the end whilst we were dealing with issues relating to our purchase. Our agent, Callum was professional, understanding and supportive and the progress chaser, Annie was fantastic, especially during the last few weeks at being the link between parties, chasing, offering advice and support and just listening when we hit a few bumps in the road (all relating to our purchase and not our sale through them). For us, Fenn Wright being regional was a great fit for us, the professionalism and set up of some of the nationals with the area knowledge of the locals. We would recommend them and use them again.

I have had a great experience buying a property through Fenn Wright. Especially as a first time buyer it was really stressful process but Shannon was really helpful and made me feel informed about everything step by step. She was amazing at her job! We had viewed a couple of different properties through them before deciding on our current property. I found all of the consultants were very informative and friendly(especially Sean!). Only we found Chris was not so informative during the view the property which we bought. He was something like in a rush, so we had to finish the viewing very shortly.
