GoogleFrom begging to end there was no professionalism with Fenn wright, we viewed the property and the person who was showing us around had no insight into the prices and was just reading off of a piece of paper. Me and my girlfriend decided we loved the property enough to go for it, being told they would go speak to the landlord and get back to us. We waited over a week to get a response so I decided to call them myself. After doing this I was told that the property was removed and had been sold by another agency, even though we were told nobody was viewing the property. They had all this information and never bothered to even tell me or my girlfriend, whilst we were waiting around getting excited about the prospect of a new home.

GoogleFrom beginning to end Fenn Wright has offered a professional service, quick response time to any queries we have had, however small. Kept us informed at every stage and a pleasure to deal with. Both Neil and Tracy who I have been liaising with have been wonderful. Our house sold the same day as it went to market. GoogleWe can’t thank Steve Tracy and Jenny for getting us to the exchange date after a very stressful emotional long and rocky road with lots of up and downs along the way.This team are very proactive, with good communication skills , supportive and certainly goes the extra mile.
