We first had a really positive experience with Fenn Wright in Witham as a buyer when we moved out of London 4 years ago. When we went on the market it was a easy decision to use Fenn Wright. David, Matt, Amy and Luke were fantastic throughout, we had a very difficult purchase which took nearly a year to complete. Their patience, professionalism, advices and communication were second to none and consistent across the whole process from instruction, securing our buyers and managing their expectations in a very drawn out chain.They mitigated a very stressful situation wherever possible and I just wish all other agencies were as competent and reliable as Fenn Wright Witham. First class service from Fenn Wright from the initial valuation right through to completion. Was very impressed with both Scott and Cameron and it made the whole sale process easy. Scott spend almost an hour with me on the valuation going through how everything worked and what we should market the property at and he was spot on. It actually achieved just over his valuation and i was very please with the figure we got. (Another estate agent on the same street valued the property at £20k-£30k lower - which i could not quite believe). They were always available over the phone or through email, with very quick responses and always very helpful. Overall i highly recommend using Fenn Wright if youre looking to sell your property. For me, they have put abit more faith in my perception of estate agents.
