Fenn Wright recently sold our house for us. It was a very complicated and tricky sale with a difficult chain. Tracy who dealt with the sales progression was a star. I do not doubt for a second that any other agent would not have got it to completion. She is one of the primary reasons we went with Fenn Wright as she is just so dedicated and laser focused. Neil was brilliant with the valuation - unlike other agents he didn't lie and tell me it was worth what I wanted to hear. The figure he put on it was exactly what it sold for and he wasn't afraid to have frank conversations about price. Claudia who dealt with a lot of the enquiries was amazing - she is a real asset and really knows her stuff and we were very impressed with her throughout the sale. They also were very understanding when it came to us getting stressed during the progress and I just cant thank them all enough !

The initial contact with Fenn Wright when Neil did the survey and valuation convinced us we had made the right choice. His professionalism and confident approach was quickly backed up by contact with Jenny and Tracy. We were quite nervous and unsure about selling after 21 years in our house but the whole team was kind and patient with us. Importantly, our buyers had listed their interest with Fenn Wright for the same reasons, and we were put together quite quickly. Fenn Wright then ensured that the prospective sale (and our purchase through another agent in another town) went through to a satisfactory conclusion. The whole experience with Fenn Wright demonstrated the value of having professional, experienced support in selling and buying property. Importantly, the price they secured for us, which was in excess of what we might have asked in a private sale, enabled us to cover our whole conveyancing and removal costs.
