GoogleWe had a really positive experience with David and the team. They were always really polite and professional and would get back to us when they said they would, and ultimately they helped us sell our house! Having previously marketed our house elsewhere, I can assure you this is not always the case. I am not one to normally bother leaving reviews, but I felt the team went above and beyond so thank you!

GoogleMy partner and I purchased our first property and had absolutely no idea what we were doing so were super thankful for Georgia. She helped us through the process by answering all of our questions, keeping us updated and dealing with my screaming down the phone when our offer was accepted! Hannah was our sales progressor and we loved how much we were kept in the loop when she chased our solicitors for an update. Thanks both!

GoogleScott and Oliver have provided a great service selling our property, we’ve found them both very professional, friendly and helpful. They have also been brilliant with the help and advice they have provided with our onward purchase, really going above and beyond. Overall, we’ve received a fantastic service, especially when compared to other agents we’ve used in the past. I wholeheartedly recommend Fenn Wright Chelmsford.

GoogleThey cancelled the viewing a day before. Reason citied - my wife might not clear the reference checks because she is currently not working. Tried to reason that she is on a break post maternity and we should clear the financial checks, but they said that is what is enforced by their client - onecanalside cm2.

GoogleExcellent service from Fenn Wright, in particular Cameron and also Laura in sales progression. Cameron managed to secure a buyer for my flat within a matter of days and even before the marketing photos were taken and under difficult circumstances too as the flat is currently undergoing cladding replacement and I expected securing a buyer would prove difficult, however Cameron and Fenn Wright exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended!

GoogleWe have recently purchased a house through Fenn wright estate agents in Chelmsford . From start to finish they were all refreshingly helpful, professional and worked hard to find us the property that we were looking for . Once we had found a property we were handed over to another team who made sure that the sale went smoothly. Hannah Potter from this team was amazing. She contacted our solicitor regularly and kept us in the loop via email and phone. The sale went through very quickly and I have no hesitation in saying it was because of the hard work and knowledge of all the team , especially Hannah. Thanks guys

GoogleWe've just exchanged on a 2 bedroom flat in the Marconi Development in Chelmsford and the service that we've received from Fenn Wright has been excellent. The sale was made by Cameron Eade who was just amazing. From the first contact he's been so helpful. He arranged all the viewings and then kept in touch with us with feedback and you always felt that he was doing his best for us. We're so pleased that the sale finally went through after all his hard work as he deserves this. Hannah Potter has also been amazing at keeping in touch with us since the offer on the flat was accepted. She's been extremely helpful at keeping us up to date with what is going on throughout the whole process right up until exchange and easy to get hold of by email or on the phone with messages responded to almost immediately. If I had another property to sell I would definitely use Fenn Wright and have been so impressed with the incredible service which although friendly and helpful has also been extremely professional. I can't fault anything and would like to thank everyone involved in making this process as easy as it could be.
