GoogleWhat a relief, after bad experience, to find an estate agent's who actually want to do the best job they can for you!! Not only has Ben been enthusiastic and incredibly efficient right from the start, but he's very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Honest, as well, which is very important. The package this agency offers for rental is highly competitive, too. So, an agency who has managed to combine old-fashioned hard work and reliability of this industry with all the modern touches. Perfect!!! Would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleEnsum Brown were not our agent for the sale of our property but they were the agent we were buying from - if it hadn't been for Sarah Leach their business support manager we wouldn't have got though this process. Our agent did not explain a lot to us but thanks to Sarah she guided us through a very stressful and emotional time as we lost our mum 8 months ago and Dad wanted a house in our village and she was amazing chasing everyone's solicitors to get it over the line. thank you Sarah from the bottom of our hearts from all the Vallintine Family your have been an absolute Angel in a very dark few months

GoogleMy husband and I were thinking of moving back in may, We chose ensum brown because of all of the glowing reviews and great things we'd heard about them. The estate agent assigned to us (Erin) was absolutely faultless, due to personal circumstances we couldn't move at this time. Erin took it upon herself to make sure that everything was sorted out for us, so we didn't have any extra stresses. When we do look to move again, we will definitely be using ensum brown in the future, and most likely requesting Erin.

GoogleAfter a slightly rocky start (hence the 4 stars over 5), Fiona Payne took over our case as Sales Progressor. From the off it was clear Fiona knew exactly what she was talking about and if you end up with Fiona you are in very good hands. I would highly recommend her.

GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of the efficient and professional manner in which they dealt with the sale of our house. The personal touches went above and beyond our expectations. Despite previous difficulties selling through another agent, they swept in and we accepted an offer within 4 hours of them taking us on as clients. We will be eternally grateful and even though we bought our house through another agent Neil still calls and asks if there’s anything he can do to help which included giving us his van to help us move. It always nice to pop into Kookys and say hi and they still extend us the same welcome as when we first met. All the staff have been fantastic and deserve every success now and in the future.

When we first looked at appointing Ensum Brown we almost felt bad for other estate agents in the area, as you guys clearly have hold of the local market, but we can see why... We are so pleased we chose to go with you guys, throughout the whole process you all have been amazing. When our previous chain collapsed you provided reassurance when we were ready to give up, your combined knowledge reassured us and gave us the confidence to continue and know it could work out. To those who are new to this whole process you helped so much with easing the stress and explaining things that aren't obvious to the non-experts!
