My wife and I instructed Ensum Brown to market our house around August last year. Nick came to value our house. He came across as very knowledgable and professional. We had a number of viewings in quick succession, which were all arranged giving consideration to our busy lives. I was impressed by their feedback process and communication. Most of the time, we would have initial feedback within 30 minutes of the viewing then more detailed feedback a few days later. This was all managed on the street app. Unfortunately, the market tailed off a bit, so things slowed down on the viewing front. Knowing we were looking to reserve a property, that would be contingent on our sale, Lisa gave special attention to marketing our property. I had weekly updates and felt safe in the knowledge they were doing everything possible to generate viewings. We eventually reduced the price to reflect the changed market, which soon led to some offers, one of which we accepted. After offer acceptance we were looked after by Sarah in sales progressions. Sarah was fantastic at communicating with us, the buyers and solicitors. We had a completion date in mind and I feel we wouldn’t have got there if it weren’t for Sarah’s tenacity! Overall a great experience and I would thoroughly recommend Ensum Brown in Royston.

My mum recently bought a retirement apartment through Ensum Brown, and Sarah was instrumental in getting it over the line. We had continual challenges with solicitors (at both ends) as well as probate, but her tenacity was exceptional; I have no doubt it wouldn't have exchanged in a timely manner without her help. She provided daily updates and demonstrated throughout that she really cares about what she does. It was a real pleasure to work with her and I couldn't recommend her enough!

We have been absolutely delighted with the service we have received from Ensum Brown Estate Agents in Royston when they sold our property recently. They were extremely professional and went over and above to ensure the sale went through smoothly. Right from the initial phone call for a valuation to the completion day they could not have been more helpful. It made the whole experience much more relaxing! We would certainly recommend them and definitely use their services again. Everyone we dealt with was amazing and apologies if we have missed any names but special mention to Fraser, Matt, Jordan, Kate and also Sarah Leach who looked after us so well keeping us informed of how the sale was progressing. Completely unprofessional and claim not to be “like the rest” when in fact they are like the rest, if not worse. We first marketed our property with Ensum Brown in Royston and to begin with they couldn’t do enough for us. The tone soon changed when the property we were interested in which was for sale through them sold (which they blatantly lied to us about us being their “preferred buyers” to get us on the market with them) they also divulged other people’s offers on the property we were interested in which isn’t what an estate agent should do. They’re too busy to provide a service to their customers, never answering the phone or emails and turning up late to viewings. I would call them and then they’d return my call to my partner when it was myself that called and left a message. When we were cancelling our contact the utter rudeness from Fraser was quite something including hanging up on my partner. Would definitely avoid if you actually want a proper service from your estate agent.

Ensum Brown, Royston Office, has just completed the sale of our flat in Royston. It had been let for the past 10 years and there was some work required before sale. Mitchell was a great help, obtaining estimates from their panel trades and arranging for work to be done. The sale itself had some legal challenges and Mitchell and his Sales Progression Team (Fiona in particular) were fantastic, working tirelessly with solicitors and other third parties, to see the sale through. I have to say that they earned every penny of their commission. I would not hesitate to recommend Ensum Brown to anyone looking to sell their property.

Excellent experience with Ensum Brown from initial visit through to completion. Fraser was professional and friendly and we were really pleased with the marketing of our house. The photos and videos were of a high quality giving an accurate feel for the house before anyone even stepped inside. All viewings were conducted without any hassle to me and the offers came in quickly. The whole process has seemed effortless but I know this was not the case with much work going on behind the scenes - thank-you all! Sarah was excellent following up any queries that arose. We have just brought a house through Ensum Brown Royston. We've dealt with around 10 estate agents the last few years and have only been impressed with 2 of them, one of which is Ensum Brown.
