GoogleWe recently used Ensum Brown to sell our property. They were very responsive and understood our particular requirements. When we needed to update details or adjust the price they were very quick. It was also nice to be able to call them to discuss and plan our sale. It was probably the worst time to sell in the last few years so we all had to quickly adapt and react. Once we had accepted an offer we were handed over to the sales progression team and in particular, Sarah. We did have several issues during the sale prior to exchanging contracts and Sarah did her utmost to ensure we were kept informed throughout. When we needed to vent our frustrations over various things that were beyond our, and their, control, Sarah was always professional and showed great empathy. Overall, a great company to work with.

Ensum Brown were super helpful and lovely to deal with (especially Sarah Leach) and helped us get lots of questions answered quicker than our solicitor. Would recommend and use again in the future!

GoogleFiona Payne was excellent. Great communicator and was the main positive note on my experience with Ensum Brown. We had some difficulties as the process took a long time, over 1 year from going on the market to completion. Alex from the Ware branch (now defunct I believe) agreed a commission figure that when discussed with the Royston branch was not agreed. I had to provide proof that this had been agreed, which seemed unprofessional. That said, once they found a buyer the process was excellent and I have had no problems with dealing with the Royston branch. I would recommend using Ensum Brown Royston.

GoogleBuying a house can be stressful, time consuming and frustrating at times. However Ensum brown, especially Fiona Payne was fabulous from start to finish. She made the process as efficient as possible and replied to emails so quickly. Her professionalism was great and we always felt up to date with progression of the sale right up until completion and after. If you’re looking for a dress free process from someone who excels at what they do don’t hesitate to use Fiona and the team at Ensum Brown.

GoogleMet with Ben along side some other agents from other companies. He stood out by a mile. Very professional. Ben was upfront about costs, and realistic about tome scales. Ben was also very conscientious about the tenants that were selected.

GoogleEnsum Brown were not our agent for the sale of our property but they were the agent we were buying from - if it hadn't been for Sarah Leach their business support manager we wouldn't have got though this process. Our agent did not explain a lot to us but thanks to Sarah she guided us through a very stressful and emotional time as we lost our mum 8 months ago and Dad wanted a house in our village and she was amazing chasing everyone's solicitors to get it over the line. thank you Sarah from the bottom of our hearts from all the Vallintine Family your have been an absolute Angel in a very dark few months

The Team had our property up and running within hours…with a viewing the same day! The photography arrangement was beyond anything we expected - it’s not just a few snapshots…there is a virtual tour, floor plan, exact measurements, extensive photos inside and outside the property. GoogleEnsum Brown recently helped us sell our property and were excellent throughout. Neil was very knowledgeable about the local area and really had his finger on the pulse with regards to what figure could be achieved for our house. The Facebook Property Premiere group generated interest in our property before it was officially on the market, and then our house sold for full asking price within 4 days of going live. You can’t really ask for more than that! Ensum Brown were there to support us through the whole process, from Andrew helping get us ready for going on the market, through to Abi and Sarah helping ensure that the sales progression went as smoothly as possible. They were always on hand to help and move the sale along. Huge thanks to the whole team!

There was endless incompetence and bad communication between most agents and solicitors in the chain but if it wasn't for Andy and the Ensum Brown team going above and beyond their own duties, I'm certain we would never have completed. We noticed a clear difference in their approach to other local estate agents. The team listen to you and take you to properties that live up to your expectations. We also felt that Sarah went above and beyond, always keeping us in the loop and following up on queries that we hadn’t even thought of doing. Buying a house can be a really stressful time, but we can honestly say that Ensum Brown made the buying experience enjoyable and we will definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

GoogleEnsum Brown were a very dedicated estate agent throughout our selling and purchase process. Their valuation was in line with market expectations and we secured a sale relatively quickly, given how volatile the housing market was that that point. Sarah Leach was a fantastic point of contact during the post sales service. There were several hold ups lower down the chain troughout the conveyancing process and Sarah reall was on hand to help keep all parties abreast of any issues and cajole conveyancers to help speed the process up. Her friendly manner and professional courtesy were outstanding throughout. I would happliy recomend Ensum Brown to anyone thinking of putting their house on the market in North Hertfordshire.

With a buyer quickly on board, thanks to Fraser and Victoria, I’ve since been communicating with Sarah on the sales progression team. They say that buying/selling houses is one of the most stressful processes you can go through. However, in dealing with Sarah I found it to be reasonably smooth. She’s highly experienced, very approachable, with a reassuring demeanour, and gained my confidence swiftly. Every estate agent should have a ‘Sarah’ on their team. Ensum brown certainly gets my seal of approval.

They offered a second to none service, they bent over backwards to accommodate our request to view the property we bought a number of times, Will was always on hand. Also On their team they have a dedicated person Sarah to keep on top of every step of the way, to oversee everything is done when and how it should be, on both sides. With so many people involved within a sale of a house and so many possible things that could go wrong or delay it, I find the correspondence with your agency has to be second to none and I couldn't fault this at all with the guys.
