GoogleMe and my Wife went to Ensum Brown for the sale of our house after they were recommended to us. From the first meeting we had with Neil to every interaction with all the staff we felt looked after and at ease. Luckily the purchase of our new home was also through themselves which made the whole process so much easier. We would highly recommend Ensum Brown to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

I am sure, without our Sales Progressor (Fiona Payne), we would not have made it over the line on time. GoogleWhere do I begin! Sarah from Ensum Brown was literally a God send during the buying process. She listened to my fears and was always available when I didn't understand something or needed assistance in anyway pertaining to buying our first home. She's funny and completely transparent and kept her cool even though i know I gave her a head ache I few times. She ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS got back to me and never made us feel as though our questions were too insignificant to answer. She listened to every single concern and if she didn't know she was honest and helped me look for the right information! This woman deserves a trophy and a doubled salary! The way she was able to maneuver between so many different party really amazes me truly all while making me feel like we were her only clients! Lovvveee Sarah to bits! What I appreciate most is even when there was no news she called to say there's no update, so I didn't have to worry if I've missed something. Our surveyor's were absolutely RUBBISH which meant Sarah was doing 2 jobs her normal one and making sure i understood each step of the process! I cannot thank her enough!! She is an absolute gem, words cannot express how amazing she has been. I wish everyone in the house process was like her she is just truly Amazing

GoogleWe have just moved in after a long exchange and completion delay and I have to say that Ensum Brown were very good throughout the process. Will showed us round and was very on it and knowledgable. Sarah in particular was very receptive and responsive and helped immeasurably to make sure we moved in and got the kids to school after we moved back from France. Thanks Sarah and Will!

GoogleOverall we had a good experience with Ensum Brown. From the beginning we had a smooth process with the house viewing and they managed to squeeze us in at short notice. Ensum Brown have a very useful Faceboon page that allows you see check out properties that are soon to be coming on the market. The offer process was simple and well managed. Later in the process Sarah Leach was a great person to have on our side when our chain was stalling and really pushed things forward by hitting the phones. Communication is key and Sarah was always quick to pick up the phone and keep us up to date. Without Sarah we would have been totally in the dark and we are grateful for her hard work liaising with solicitors and the estate agent we were selling with.

Fraser, Neil and Erin worked professionally and swiftly which enabled a very quick sale and at each point we were kept up to date with viewings and offers put forward to us. Sarah Leach (sales progress) deserves a special mention and huge thank you! She worked with great professionalism throughout the progression of our sale. Always on the end of the telephone with updates. She handled the whole process brilliantly whilst always being calm and offering soothing words! She was instrumental in the painless, swift journey to exchange and I know my legal representatives really appreciated working with Sarah and her methods of chasing the chain! Sarah approached the whole process as a true professional whilst never forgetting the individuality of her clients and her ability to recognise her clients as human beings! GoogleWe have used Ensum Brown services to sell our house in Royston. We listed in January 2024 and have completed the transaction in July 2024. I agree with previous comments- Sarah in the closing team makes all the difference...the woman does not stop chasing different parts of the chain when required and she is knowledgeable, transparent, honest and helpful. I have recommended Ensum Brown far and wide.

Sarah was our sales progressor. Nothing was too much for her. Sarah communicated well between us and the seller and kept all parties happy. We are very pleased with our move! Would highly recommend Ensum Brown.

They quickly sold our house (within a week of marketing) and although we originally lost the house we were hoping to buy, they immediately called us as soon as it came back on the market which we went on to buy. Abi and Fiona communicated with us throughout the solicitor process and kept things moving as quickly as they could. I would highly recommend them

Our offer for the property was passed onto the landlord and accepted within a matter of hours and despite all of this happening over the Christmas break, everything went smoothly and according to plan. Sarah Leach is my absolute hero, she worked so hard for me,always updating me on every step of the sale process, we even met for a coffee after the sale had gone through, just so I could say thank you in person 😊
