The team have an innovative approach and their closed FB page of committed customers is great. We had someone to ‘hold our hands’ throughout the process which was reassuring. GoogleJust Saying Thankyou does not come close how grateful we are as a family. To have had such a fantastic team see us through a sale which has had such a long bumpy road! From all the lovely office staff, Alex, Hannah, Mark and Megan who always answer the phone with the same energy and helpful, kind can do attitude, whether it’s the start of the day of just before you close. With Fantastic Fraser who worked so hard to get us the sale Fabulous Fiona and super Sarah who have both worked tirelessly together to ensure that we exchanged with Sarah taking us through the last part of the sale consistently working past her working hours and always on top of what needed doing and what was going on with such a kind supportive attitude giving us the confidence and knowledge we always had someone giving her all to make sure we could move and Finally .... Nice Nobel (bloody amazing 🤣)👑 Neil always the same positive ‘I’m on it’ ‘I’ll sort it no worries’ attitude, any time any day of the week..... we’re so so grateful to have had you and your wonderful team helping us, my only sadness is that we’re now no longer need to call you all! ... here’s to the end of lock down and having a proper celebration 🎉 😀

They confidently guided us through the process, and even though there was a legal complication in the way, it happened! 12 weeks after making an offer we received the keys and nice flowers from Ensum Brown

GoogleThey are so busy their signs just get discarded like trash for the council to pick up. Even after it being reported to them that a sign had been discarded post sale, it still remains. Keep drinking those profits 🐖 …

They secured a buyer for our house nice and quickly. However the best part was having Sarah oversee the often stressful sales process afterwards. She proved to be a very professional and super pro-active point of contact throughout. Knowing she was always on the case and easy to contact if required was amazing. We'd not hesitate to recommend!

GoogleWe recently sold a property through Ensum Brown and I would highly recommend them. They were proactive in bringing numerous prospective buyers and once the sale was agreed, they kept us informed along the way. Unfortunately, the buyer’s solicitor was spectacularly incompetent and the whole process took the best part of a year!!!! Sarah helped keep me sane throughout the process and held it all together!! If you’re thinking of selling with them - don’t hesitate!!!
