GoogleI was amazed at the difference between agents when recently looking for a rental property. Ben was far and away the most responsive to my emails, understood our requirements, and was clearly putting the effort in, to find us a suitable home. This contrasted sharply with some very negative experiences elsewhere. Finding a home can be really difficult, and Ben was constantly positive and forward looking, it was a pleasure to deal with him.

GoogleI'd highly recommend Ensum Brown to other landlords/potential landlords. From the first point of contact they were proactive and enthusiastic about our property. We felt reassured they would do the due diligence to find us great tenants and maximise our rental income. I'm sure they have vast numbers of properties and clients but we truly felt like we were a priority for them. Every member of staff was brilliant from the Director of Sales to the Property Manager to the photographer. The photography in particular was fantastic and showed our property in its best light. Communication is also super easy so any query or issue can be dealt with very quickly. In summary, we are extremely glad that we chose Ensum Brown over other agents.

They gave us excellent advice on pricing strategies, got our property on the market super quickly and created excellent marketing materials. They were quick to respond and kept us very well informed throughout the process. They sold our house after just one viewing, after months and months of being very frustrated with the service we received from another agent. GoogleRidiculously located in a cafe, very unprofessional Edit: in response to the business response (which was a tad sarcastic I must say), I would not use a business working out of a cafe as it is unprofessional, especially when it involves one of the biggest transactions in your life. When I arrived all I could see was a packed cafe and was overwhelmed by the strong coffee smell, this was a poor first impression so I left. Reviews for a business are not just for the service, but encompass all aspects, including location/premises. In my view this put me off, but each to their own.
Hi Mark. If you have used our services and wish to actually review that please do. As for being in a cafe, we love that and so do all our clients. We are always available and approachable in a fantastic environment. This is also a business cafe. We have an office also.

GoogleWe recently used EB to market and hopefully sell our property and they didn't disappoint. It had taken 2 years for us to decide to sell and the property we found to buy was a new build so time was against us with regards to confirming a buyer for our house. From the 1st interaction with Fraser through to aftercare with Sarah the whole process has been amazing and stress free. A buyer was found who had been qualified prior to viewing and everything has progressed incredibly smoothly. I would highly recommend all of the team at EB for managing any future property sales.

GoogleEnsum Brown were superb from the get go. Initially I viewed a property with them then agreed to get my property valued and onto the market. Before it even hit Rightmove I had 3 viewings and accepted an offer above asking price. All very straight forward and amazing service from both Neil and Fraser. They both went above and beyond whether for my property sale or for me viewing properties that they had listed for sale, nothing was ever too much of an issue. I would certainly recommend Ensum Brown without a shadow of a doubt.
