We found them very helpful throughout the process - from the viewing and follow ups with Fraser, to Sarah being on hand during the process and working with our agent to chase up where everyone was with it, particularly around exchange. We can see why EB have such strong reviews!

GoogleI had a great experience selling my home using Ensum Brown. They were at all times professional and approachable. Particular people to mention are Neil and Sarah. Neil makes one feel very reassured you are choosing the best, and will answer queries at any time during the process. Sarah did a superb job as Sales Progressor of smoothing the path for all concerned, maintaining a calm and friendly manner.

GoogleI sold my flat through Ensum Brown and they provided a fantastic service. Fraser secured a sale at my target price within a week of contact, and Sarah managed the completion of a transaction that ended up having quite a few obstacles. Without Sarah I'm sure it would have fallen through. Also had Will doing the property viewings and he was helpful and punctual without fail. Great team.

GoogleAfter a slightly rocky start (hence the 4 stars over 5), Fiona Payne took over our case as Sales Progressor. From the off it was clear Fiona knew exactly what she was talking about and if you end up with Fiona you are in very good hands. I would highly recommend her.
