The staff at Emsum Brown Royston were absolutely brilliant every step of the way of our first house purchase experience. They were quick to respond to our enquiries throughout, helped us to arrange multiple viewings in one day because we were travelling from a distance, and were extremely helpful during the offer and purchase process. They are extremely knowledgeable and ensured great communication between us and the vendor of the property we ended up purchasing. When we picked up our keys, a member of their team even turned up to congratulate us with a beautiful bunch of flowers. Buying your first home can be so overwhelming and they made it such a positive and exciting experience. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend them. These are genuine and truely helpful and caring and epically effective estate agents! From Erin who joins two chains together and gave me genuine honest advice that given it was October that myself being into the property I was viewing by Xmas was unlikely. To Sarah Leach who managed to manage a large chain and get it across the exchange (and complete *touchwood*) line before Xmas was truly amazing. She was also, honest open and most responsive and clear. For myself who was buying alone, having estate agents who I can trust and talk to was invaluable in making this stressful process so so much less stressful. Thank you guys!

I Highly Recommend Ensum Brown and the entire team. I genuinely believe without the "Truly Amazing" Sarah Leach we would not have moved as speedily and "relatively" stress free without her ! Neil and team at Ensum Brown were incredibly helpful and accommodating in our search. From being flexible with viewings to keeping us informed at all stages, nothing was too much effort. Neil and his team have been fantastic in selling our house. The marketing is a cut above all of the other agents in the area which really helped to make our property stand out amongst the rest. Massively helpful in getting the sale across the line (and speeding up the solicitors) was Sarah. Sarah was absolutely brilliant at keeping us informed as to how the sale was progressing and towards the end when we were waiting for either sides solicitors to answer questions , she chased them constantly and phoned us daily to update us.
