Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First impressions of Ben at Ensum Estate Agents have been brilliant! We honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us. Ben was so patient, honest and genuinely took the time to listen to us and understand what we needed. We really appreciated how approachable and straightforward he was, and we never felt pressured or rushed into anything. GoogleWe recently purchased a house via Ensum Brown, Royston. Nick did our show round and was super professional and helpful. Natalie dealt with the purchase. Natalie was so efficient, kept us in the loop and made the whole thing stress free. The day we collected the keys she gave us a beautiful bouquet of flowers, such a lovely touch. GoogleOur experience with Ben Reddan and the Letting team was excellent Our experience with the sales team, not so. Gabriella from Lettings was exemplary in her meticulousness regarding the letting of our property from start to finish. Her communication was excellent and her dedication to her job is to be admired. There are not many agents who would be catching up on their emails at 11:00pm and on their non work days. Gabriella was the perfect combination of providing enough attention to us and the prospective tenants without being pushy.

GoogleAn exemplary experience from a very professional estate agent who goes the extra mile. Excellent social media and marketing provided the impetus to getting potential buyers to view. The agent who conducted the viewings made sure he was fully acquainted with the property and communicated the outcomes well. Having had an unsuccessful relationship with another agent prior to Ensum Brown it was a breath of fresh air to deal with people who were committed to sell your property

GoogleEnsum Brown, and in particular, Gabriella, have been simply outstanding. From arrangement of the first viewing, meeting Gabriella and viewing the property, through to arranging the tenancy, all the queries that came up in the interim and then moving day and beyond, the level of service has been exceptional. Gabriella has always responded fully and clearly to all our questions (in a very timely fashion) and has supported us with each step of the process. Now that we’re moved in and had something further to query, once again the responsiveness and support have been great. I have rented homes in a number of countries and had to deal with a good number of agents over the years. This has been by far the best experience. Well done to the Ensum Brown team on setting such a strong example of how the industry should operate and once again well done and thank you to Gabriella.

GoogleOverall, I had a great and incredibly smooth experience with the team. As someone who gets quite stressed during moves, I really appreciated how straightforward and hassle-free the application process was. The staff were highly responsive, answered all my questions brilliantly, and were incredibly understanding of my situation, even accommodating a delayed tenancy start date to match notice period implemented by the new renter's act.

GoogleI was generally happy with the advertising and viewing process, most feedback was via text or the app, staff friendly, negatively though was my sale was a probate sale and once sale completed and the emotional state I gave fuel meter readings to Mitchell, head wasn't clearly thinking so asked if they could get meter readings for me to get final bills to settle probate accounts and after 2 weeks nothing, disappointing that same day or next day they couldn't ask for meter readings or supply me with the readings I left with Mitchell, will delay settlement of accounts by about 1 month, seems once completed no longer care about clients

GoogleSold our shared ownership property through Ensum Brown earlier this year and Fiona Payne was outstanding throughout. Communication was constant, honest and always proactive, she kept me in the loop even when I was managing everything from abroad, which made a huge difference. The transaction had its fair share of challenges towards the end and Fiona was relentless in chasing things down and keeping everyone on track. Without her pushing and progressing things from her side I genuinely don't think we'd have completed when we did. She's the kind of sales progressor you want on your side, calm, persistent and always one step ahead. Big thank you to Fiona and the wider Ensum Brown team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleSale was delayed for many months due to issues outside our control but Ensum Brown kept us fully informed of the progress. Staff member Fiona Payne deserves a special mention as she worked tirelessly for a year to keep lines of communication between parties open.
