GoogleWe recently used Ensum Brown to sell our flat. For various reasons the exchange/completion was slightly delayed but Fiona Payne always kept us up to date with progress and was always on the other end of the phone when we needed to speak with her. All members of the Ensum Brown team that we spoke to were always very helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property.

GoogleWe recently sold a property through Ensum Brown and I would highly recommend them. They were proactive in bringing numerous prospective buyers and once the sale was agreed, they kept us informed along the way. Unfortunately, the buyer’s solicitor was spectacularly incompetent and the whole process took the best part of a year!!!! Sarah helped keep me sane throughout the process and held it all together!! If you’re thinking of selling with them - don’t hesitate!!!

GoogleWe recently used Ensum Brown to sell our property. They were very responsive and understood our particular requirements. When we needed to update details or adjust the price they were very quick. It was also nice to be able to call them to discuss and plan our sale. It was probably the worst time to sell in the last few years so we all had to quickly adapt and react. Once we had accepted an offer we were handed over to the sales progression team and in particular, Sarah. We did have several issues during the sale prior to exchanging contracts and Sarah did her utmost to ensure we were kept informed throughout. When we needed to vent our frustrations over various things that were beyond our, and their, control, Sarah was always professional and showed great empathy. Overall, a great company to work with.

GoogleI can't praise Ensum Brown enough, so professional and easy to contact, nothing was too much trouble. Sarah Leach is my absolute hero, she worked so hard for me,always updating me on every step of the sale process, we even met for a coffee after the sale had gone through, just so I could say thank you in person 😊

GoogleBuying a house can be stressful, time consuming and frustrating at times. However Ensum brown, especially Fiona Payne was fabulous from start to finish. She made the process as efficient as possible and replied to emails so quickly. Her professionalism was great and we always felt up to date with progression of the sale right up until completion and after. If you’re looking for a dress free process from someone who excels at what they do don’t hesitate to use Fiona and the team at Ensum Brown.

GoogleFiona Payne was excellent. Great communicator and was the main positive note on my experience with Ensum Brown. We had some difficulties as the process took a long time, over 1 year from going on the market to completion. Alex from the Ware branch (now defunct I believe) agreed a commission figure that when discussed with the Royston branch was not agreed. I had to provide proof that this had been agreed, which seemed unprofessional. That said, once they found a buyer the process was excellent and I have had no problems with dealing with the Royston branch. I would recommend using Ensum Brown Royston.

Google100% recommended!!!! As first time buyers, it has been a very stressful (due to solicitors) and overwhelming process however we honestly could not have completed without Ensum Brown. We have had non stop assistance. The team went above and beyond for us Fiona and Fraser in particular made something we didn’t think could happen happen!!! Whether you’re looking to buy or sell Ensum Brown is where you need to be if you want top tier service. If we were ever to sell our home we wouldn’t even question using this talented team. GoogleBen and Abbie very rapidly found us two new tenants for our property in Royston and managed all stages of the "Find a Tenant" process efficiently including viewings, credit checks and receipt of the deposit etc. I would definitely recommend their services to other landlords in the area.

GoogleWe have just moved in after a long exchange and completion delay and I have to say that Ensum Brown were very good throughout the process. Will showed us round and was very on it and knowledgable. Sarah in particular was very receptive and responsive and helped immeasurably to make sure we moved in and got the kids to school after we moved back from France. Thanks Sarah and Will!

Sarah, their sales progressor, ensured I was kept up to date regularly throughout the transaction. Finally, the price they achieved was beyond my expectations in a difficult market, so all in all, they deserve my 5 stars. 😊

GoogleOne reason we chose Ensum Brown was down to the positive reviews - and having just completed on a house sale, they have proved our decision was a good one. They secured a buyer for our house nice and quickly. However the best part was having Sarah oversee the often stressful sales process afterwards. She proved to be a very professional and super pro-active point of contact throughout. Knowing she was always on the case and easy to contact if required was amazing. We'd not hesitate to recommend!
