Hi Matthew, thanks for the feedback. As I'm sure you are aware, with individual properties, valuations are subjective. Initial valuations are not those that we always market a property at and we would have consultations. We also have the unique ability to try and test the market and pricing at higher levels first to ensure we do maximise a price. This often results in us achieving very significantly higher prices on individual properties through our private testing channels, but without risk of over valuation. We would have gone through this process with you if we had been instructed. However, the marketing price was not that level difference from initial valuation.
In regards to your viewing feedback, we take this on board. On the day of your viewing we had a new trainee and we believe in giving everyone an opportunity to learn and train and then get feedback to help them improve and develop their career. In general, we have the most experienced team in the area, many with 10 or 20 years + experience, allowing us to nurture future talent as well and give all an opportunity.
