GoogleCompletely unprofessional and claim not to be “like the rest” when in fact they are like the rest, if not worse.
We first marketed our property with Ensum Brown in Royston and to begin with they couldn’t do enough for us. The tone soon changed when the property we were interested in which was for sale through them sold (which they blatantly lied to us about us being their “preferred buyers” to get us on the market with them) they also divulged other people’s offers on the property we were interested in which isn’t what an estate agent should do.
They’re too busy to provide a service to their customers, never answering the phone or emails and turning up late to viewings. I would call them and then they’d return my call to my partner when it was myself that called and left a message. When we were cancelling our contact the utter rudeness from Fraser was quite something including hanging up on my partner.
Would definitely avoid if you actually want a proper service from your estate agent.

Hi Aaron, very sorry to hear this situation. Firstly let us apologise for the inconvenience. I have investigated this fully today and spoken to Katie and the attending agent.
Our sold boards where for the adjoining property. We were informed by the developers that the adjoining property was still for sale that you were booked to view, otherwise we would have cancelled this viewing and not been in attendance ourselves. However, the other developer on site told us this was not the situation and had been sold, not by ourselves, hence us not knowing and why we were baffled also that we were not told this.
We fully appreciate the annoyance in this and would like to compensate you for your journey, even though this was not our fault. We will be in touch to arrange this for you.
