GoogleWe sold our house quickly which was helped by the professional video Ensum Brown arranged. Post sales Sarah was the essential link in ensuring the chain didn’t collapse over a period of time. I would recommend Ensum Brown as an effective estate agent.

GoogleWe bought our house through Ensum Brown. We were in a long chain which had many complications but finally completed after a very stressful final few weeks. There was endless incompetence and bad communication between most agents and solicitors in the chain but if it wasn't for Andy and the Ensum Brown team going above and beyond their own duties, I'm certain we would never have completed. Thanks so much for all your efforts and commitment getting us over the line.

GoogleEnsum Brown recently helped us sell our property and were excellent throughout. Neil was very knowledgeable about the local area and really had his finger on the pulse with regards to what figure could be achieved for our house. The Facebook Property Premiere group generated interest in our property before it was officially on the market, and then our house sold for full asking price within 4 days of going live. You can’t really ask for more than that! Ensum Brown were there to support us through the whole process, from Andrew helping get us ready for going on the market, through to Abi and Sarah helping ensure that the sales progression went as smoothly as possible. They were always on hand to help and move the sale along. Huge thanks to the whole team!

I am sure, without our Sales Progressor (Fiona Payne), we would not have made it over the line on time. GoogleEnsum Brown Royston- Particularly Neil Wise and Erin Carroll & Will who did the Photography…were totally professional, attentive and listened to our needs with an efficiency second to none! The Team had our property up and running within hours…with a viewing the same day! The photography arrangement was beyond anything we expected - it’s not just a few snapshots…there is a virtual tour, floor plan, exact measurements, extensive photos inside and outside the property. GoogleI sold my flat through Ensum Brown and they provided a fantastic service. Fraser secured a sale at my target price within a week of contact, and Sarah managed the completion of a transaction that ended up having quite a few obstacles. Without Sarah I'm sure it would have fallen through. Also had Will doing the property viewings and he was helpful and punctual without fail. Great team.

Sarah was our sales progressor. Nothing was too much for her. Sarah communicated well between us and the seller and kept all parties happy. We are very pleased with our move! GoogleFrom the start of the sale I’ve regarded Ensum Brown to be very professional, helpful and friendly. With a buyer quickly on board, thanks to Fraser and Victoria, I’ve since been communicating with Sarah on the sales progression team. They say that buying/selling houses is one of the most stressful processes you can go through. However, in dealing with Sarah I found it to be reasonably smooth. She’s highly experienced, very approachable, with a reassuring demeanour, and gained my confidence swiftly. Every estate agent should have a ‘Sarah’ on their team. Ensum brown certainly gets my seal of approval.

GoogleEnsum Brown were a very dedicated estate agent throughout our selling and purchase process. Their valuation was in line with market expectations and we secured a sale relatively quickly, given how volatile the housing market was that that point. Sarah Leach was a fantastic point of contact during the post sales service. There were several hold ups lower down the chain troughout the conveyancing process and Sarah reall was on hand to help keep all parties abreast of any issues and cajole conveyancers to help speed the process up. Her friendly manner and professional courtesy were outstanding throughout. I would happliy recomend Ensum Brown to anyone thinking of putting their house on the market in North Hertfordshire.

They offered a second to none service, they bent over backwards to accommodate our request to view the property we bought a number of times, Will was always on hand. Also On their team they have a dedicated person Sarah to keep on top of every step of the way, to oversee everything is done when and how it should be, on both sides.
