He was very attentive to the situation while the transaction was taking a bit longer than expected. He also kept my solicitor and myself up-to-date with any development during the whole process. Although I never met him in person, I believe he is a role model for many in the business. I truly admire the great professionalism Sam demonstrated throughout the whole sales process with utmost sincerity, empathy and confidence. He was very pro-active in arranging viewing and follow up with updates in due course. Particularly, achieving a successful negotiation at a difficult time right after Brexit was not an easy task at all. But despite these odds and very limited customers, he did not allow much fall in the asking price and successfully achieved a very satisfactory negotiation.

Starting with the valuation and continuing through to viewings, offer and eventual exchange Will, Sam and Shaun couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. The valuation visit was informative, relaxed and helpful. and we were pleased with the photos taken to promote our property, and the speed with which it was advertised. We were always given plenty of warning prior to the visit of a prospective buyer so that we could make plans ahead. Feedback following visits was promptly given. Following the offer we were given regular updates and courtesy calls so that we felt in touch with the process. And when we exchanged the congratulations were warm and genuine. Good Team

Enfields estate agents in Bitterne have outstanding from the day they carried out a detailed valuation survey right through to exchange/completion of contracts. Kevin and his team are fantastic!

It was initially Sam, who we met on a property viewing, that attracted us to Enfields to sell our own property. Sam and all staff are friendly, professional and nothing is ever too much to ask. Successful marketing of property in Southampton

Enfields Estate Agents have successfully helped me to market my flat in Southampton. Sam Binnington a Sales Negotiator with Enfields was assigned to market the property. Sam is an extremely personable individual and provided a highly professional and consciencious service during the marketing process. Sam's communications have been excellent and particularly so in respect of viewings when timings were always made to suit both the prospective buyer and tenants. Sam never failed to follow up with a viewing report. Due to the relatively quiet nature of the housing market the property took longer than anticipated to sell however Sam's enthusiam did not waiver. Sam was also helpful in suggesting different pricing strategies, using to good effect his knowledge of the local housing market. Sam was ably supported by other members of his team when required due to periods of absence. I took comfort from the fact that other members of his team were well briefed during such times. I have been very pleased with the level of service afforded to me by Sam as part of a professional team at Enfields.

Got there in the end

I changed my selling agent to Enfields as my previous attempt at a sale fell through mostly I felt because of lack of thoroughness and contact on behalf of the agent. On moving to Enfields I have found them to be proactive with regard to viewings and feedback. Shaun is like a terrier and hangs onto the heals of anyone, purchaser or solicitor, who he sees as hindering the progression of the sale. Often there is little he can actually do if prospective purchasers delay but at least he gets to the truth of the matter.
