GoogleI recently sold a large 1 bedroom flat in Raynes Park through Ellisons. Darshil was right on top of the deal from the outset, chasing both solicitors and mortgage broker frequently and did a fabulous job. I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in Raynes Park and surrounding areas.

GoogleHayley Blackwell is, without a doubt, the finest Assistant Sales Manager south of the River Trent. She helped with the sale of a property which threw up several problems, including a burst water pipe which damaged the property extensively. She was a calm and professional guiding hand, extremely helpful, and kept on top of the marketing and sale at all stages. I would highly recommend her, Karl, and the whole team at Ellisons who all chipped in to make whole process seem effortless.

From the start The Morden Team -Karl Hayleigh and Zubair acted on our behalf in a very professional manner. They arranged a number of viewings with the buyer in mind. GoogleGreat experience from start to finish. Zubair first showed us the property that we ended up purchasing and as first time buyers helped guide us through the process. The property was a leasehold and required a lot of information and hard work to get over the line, we were lucky to have Zubair go above and beyond working with the sellers solicitors to get timely responses. We have now moved in and our greatly appreciated of Zubair's help in showing us this property and helping to get it over the line.

He spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for, and tailoring his recommended viewings accordingly. GoogleKarl, Zubair and Hayley supported us every step of the way with the sale of our property in SW19. Living 3 hours away from the property created logistical challenges, but the Ellisons team helped us surmount these. From Karl's initial valuation, which was spot on, through the viewing and offer process, and right down to the last pre-completion meter readings (thanks again Karl!) there was always clear and positive communication and sound advice.
