As first-time buyers, we were a little nervous about the whole process, but Ellisons, and especially Darshill, made it so much easier than we expected. Our purchase did come with a few of the usual bumps in the road, but whenever an issue cropped up, Darshill was quick to step in, explain our options clearly, and help move things forward without delay. He kept us updated at every stage, was always prompt in responding to calls and emails, and consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything stayed on track right up to completion. His combination of professionalism, clear communication and genuine care really stood out and made us feel supported throughout. We worked closely with Carlos at Ellisons over an extended period (3 years) whilst we went through the process of buying our next home. The market was challenging as there wasn’t much listed for us to buy - hence the long period - but each time we found something suitable Carlos was able to secure us a good quality and proceed-able buyer for our home in a single weekend with only a few day’s notice! We have now used Carlos at Ellisons Estate Agents twice, once for a sale and once for a purchase, and he has been exceptional on both occasions. Carlos is extremely helpful, diligent, and proactive throughout the whole process. He is always quick to reply, explains things clearly, and consistently goes above and beyond. His negotiating skills are excellent, and he genuinely works hard to get the best outcome. He even replied to us on his days off, which tells you everything about the level of service he provides. The process of selling my parents' property via Power of Attorney, at a distance of ninety miles from where I live, was made easy by the continual support of Rowan Tickner at Ellisons, Raynes Park. We only ever met once, at the start of the process, and everything else was competently carried out by email. The property was sold STC in only three days but the whole process took six months. Rowan was there every step of the way and took a huge burden of worry from my shoulders. The house was unoccupied and he organised weekly checks to satisfy insurance requirements. He gave me the name of a reliable house clearance firm and liaised with them on the 'emptying' day. He even got me meter readings on the day completion happened. I recommend him to anyone considering selling and/or buying a house. Thank you so much, Rowan.

The overall experience of selling the house was extremely stressful but Carlos has been brilliant along the way. He was leading our sale and has taken charge when our solicitors we not on top of the game. He was extremely responsive even on his days off and was the one keeping me and my husband informed. Ellisons were brilliant on for our house search. We started looking in the Raynes Park area and it took us a year to find our home. We dealt with both Rowan and Rob during our search and both of them knew the area inside out, offering genuine advice on what would be best for us, rather than pushing an agenda. Once we found our home and agreed a price, Rowan was very helpful throughout the process into exchange, including arranging multiple visits the property whilst we scoped out refurbishment. Overall I highly recommend getting in touch with Ellisons if you are looking in this area, and when we eventually sell we certainly intend on using them.
