GoogleEllisons but more specifically both Mahul & Adian were absolutely amazing during the purchase of my first home! All my friends and family told me it would take at least 6 months, from my offer made to exchange/completion it was 2 months (!) Highly recommend, and the solicitor he recommended me was second to none - seamless.

GoogleWe have been very happy with everything the Ellisons team have done to help us move. Ellisons were professional throughout: at the initial valuation they really listened to us and gave us a realistic valuation and they were never pushy (unlike other agents). Ellisons found us a buyer very quickly and maintained good contact with us and the buyer throughout the process, doing everything they could to ensure it moved quickly. The team were always very polite and a pleasure to deal with. When we couldn't secure a house to buy, Ellisons were very patient and Ellisons found us new buyers when our buyers pulled out and again worked exceptionally hard to maintain the chain. We thoroughly recommend using Ellisons, we are happy customers. Thank you very much to Sam, Aidan and Mahul.

GoogleEllisons have been a fine and thoroughly decent estate agent to work with, keeping me well-informed throughout the process. I mainly dealt with Aidan and Sam who were very genuine and hardworking on my behalf, and understanding of a difficult selling situation. I had used Ellisons in Mitchum several years ago, after being let down by two previous agents, and they were marvellous then as well. I would absolutely recommend this team to others, and would happily make use of their services again.

GoogleGreat experience from start to finish. Zubair first showed us the property that we ended up purchasing and as first time buyers helped guide us through the process. The property was a leasehold and required a lot of information and hard work to get over the line, we were lucky to have Zubair go above and beyond working with the sellers solicitors to get timely responses. We have now moved in and our greatly appreciated of Zubair's help in showing us this property and helping to get it over the line.
