GoogleEllisons estate agents are extremely professional and very helpful. Mahul Patel in particular gave me regular updates without asking, facilitated the purchase with pragmatism and understanding so that each side felt listened to but his approach meant we all worked together to achieve the desired goal. The team was also very supportive and each one knew the position when one person was away. I cannot talk highly enough about Mahul and the team. Best estate agent I have dealt with. GoogleWe recently used Ellisons for both the sale of our flat and purchase of our new house. It was a little stressful at times (with one sale falling through) but the we were always confident the team knew what we were after and would find us our new house, which they did! We worked with Rob, Darshil and Carlos along the way but a special shout out to Rowan who persuaded us to look slightly outside the box at a house slightly further away, which ultimately turned out to be perfect, and we couldn't be happier now we're in! Thanks again!

After missing out at the best and final stages on a couple of houses, Darshil worked extremely hard for us. He was extremely helpful, and more importantly, trust worthy, and you could tell he cared for us, which cannot be said about all estate agents...... Aidan Purtill was our estate agent, and he was fantastic from the outset. From start to finish Aidan has been dependable and pro-active, relaying information between us and the seller efficiently. He has been unflappable, taking the time to speak to all parties when stress was high and the deal could have potentially fallen through. Aidan excelled at his job and ultimately went above and beyond his role to ensure the best possible outcome for all. GoogleMy husband and I were early in our search for a house when we came across Darshil. From the outset, we were uncertain on which area we wanted to move to, looking in Raynes Park, Motspur Park, and New Malden. After some months we were able to finally narrow our search thanks to Darshil. He listened to all our feedback focussing on what was important to us. Things like price (obviously), proximity to transport, proximity to our children’s schools, size etc. He was beyond patient with us and always made time in his extremely busy diary to accommodate us for viewings. This is something that we struggled with terribly with neighbouring agents. It was never a problem for Darshil and his team. He then found us the home we wanted in the area we liked and we couldn’t be happier. Throughout the whole buying process we were kept in the loop. Communication with him was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We have and will continue to recommend Darshil to our friends and family who might be looking to sell. You will not find an estate agent in Raynes Park that works harder than Darshil. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell we whole heartedly recommend Darshil and the whole team at Ellisons.

GoogleBe Very Aware if you intend using this agent. Having placed a personal reaction, with Ellisons, to the poor level of service we were given, the response was the " normal", contrary interpretation of the facts to what we had perceived. Your version of " Good Service" may not exist. "Poor Service" would seem to be accepted as "the Norm". "What do you expect" type of response, to any negative incident. The incidents that justify a positive reaction from Ellisons, are brushed aside or simply ignored, even when they have the evidence to support your negative comment. If using this agent be very vigilant: "Accept nothing, Believe no-one/ nothing and CHECK everything yourself"!! Use a very competent Solicitor! Good Luck John

GoogleThank you to Ellisons Raynes Park for selling our flat, we’d had a poor experience with another agency (partially due to the market post Liz Truss’s mini budget nightmare) but Ellisons were fantastic. Great communication around viewings and a ton of people through the door. The whole team are lovely, but Carlos definitely took the lead with our flat and found us a buyer in time for us to get an offer accepted on the flat we wanted, so thank you Carlos!

GoogleMy first time selling a property, I chose Ellisons having read some good reviews and their central location in Raynes Park. Very quick to market the property and market it well, good photos, accurate and appealing description. Very easy co-ordinating viewings, all very professional. Carlos at Ellisons was successful in achieving an agreed sale at the price I wanted to achieve after some very impressive negotiation skills. All this is perhaps as per expected, but the primary reason I highly recommend Carlos and Ellison’s was the post ‘sale agreed' process. I hadn’t anticipated the central key role the agent plays in the smooth sales process, Carlos did this brilliantly, appeasing both solicitors and moving the sale forward, keeping me well informed throughout. I was very happy with the full service from Carlos and Ellisons and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about selling their property in the area.
