We purchased our house which was sold by Ellisons Wimbledon and could not have been more impressed with the service we received from Callum Griffin specifically. Callum was extremely attentive, a pleasure to deal with throughout and extremely responsive which just took all potential stress out of the move. Callum was a great liaison between us as buyers and the sellers and his proactive nature meant we were also able to progress much quicker than expected. We used Ellisons Wimbledon for a sale in 2026. The team were exceptional from helping us first understand pricing our property, feedback on viewings and what to change, and working with us through some stressful moments outside their/our control . I would highly recommend the full team, lead by Aidan. Aidan’s integrity in managing a particular scenario with other agents and clients is also to be noted. Stephen brought us our buyers and was excellent during the conveyancing process, keeping us updated and all parties motivated. The only information I had was their address from which they moved from in 2021, that Ellisons were involved and the person’s first name. Ellisons valuation to completion in 8 WEEKS! An INCREDIBLE team (Aidan, Amanda, Lewis) that we are so glad we went with to sell our house. The only things you can control in selling a property is 1. The condition/presentation of your house and 2. The estate agent you choose. With a competitive buy process, we had to move quickly to secure our dream home, therefore we did ALOT of research before we choose the agent. This was our logic for Ellisons: 1. They have good amount of local listings in our price range - meaning they will likely have a good database of active buyers 2. Their listing to sale ratio was high - showing they don't just list properties, they price them correctly and actively sell them 3. They have good online reviews 4. They showed up prepared to the valuation with a strategy to sell the property - strong local knowledge 5. They didn't ask for a long lock in contract and had reasonable fees - they were confident they could sell What this resulted in was; a curated list of potential buyers that fitted in with our timeline, a single open day for our house (minimising the disruption of viewings), active communication from the buyers for feedback/second viewings and professional negotiation on our behalf to close the deal. We are over the moon with our new house and it is all thanks to Aidan, Amanda and Lewis - thank you so much, we wish you all the best.

Well, where to begin?  My wife and I having suffered a torrid 2 years dealing with inept, unprofessional, and sadly underhand estate agents, came across Callum Griffin at Ellisons, Wimbledon.  In doing so, our hopes and expectations were miraculously restored, with Callum providing the most diligent and professional service for which we could have ever hoped. From our first engagement, Callum and the staff at Ellisons were empathetic to our prior experiences and set out to smooth the way for what ended up being a personal service, and not just a run-of-the-mill transaction. Callum ensured that all steps were clearly explained and that communication with all parties was accurate, diplomatic, and professional every step of the way; most importantly when dealing with 3rd parties that were, shall we say, challenging at the best of times.  Nothing felt like it was too much trouble, particularly when curve balls arose that required swift resolution. Callum went out of his way to ensure that things were kept on track to the best of his ability, of which we are so very grateful. We cannot vouch highly enough for Callum and the service that Ellisons delivered, and this review is not given lightly or in an insincere manner.  We will truly be forever indebted to their sheer workmanship in what can be, at times, a treacherous minefield of administering real estate. I was very satisfied with the service I received at Ellisons. The staff were always friendly and helpful, whether I turned up on my sister's bike or emailed/phoned from home in Cardiff. (We were selling my sister's flat in S Wimbledon.) There were glitches in the process but none of them Ellisons' fault. On a couple of occasions, I felt they went the extra mile for us. They were patient, always positive and we got there in the end.

The Wimbledon office were brilliant with our search. Although we didn’t buy from them in the end, they were the agents that stuck out the most when doing viewings..even giving us a lesson on the history of why the areas were called Ministers and Battles - thank you Aidan and Amanda! If I was a seller I would strongly recommend them, it was just a shame that they weren’t the agents for our purchase that took months to complete.

I sold a property and bought a property through Ellisons Estate Agent, Wimbledon, and they provided an excellent service. The property I was selling was stuck in a property chain and Sam Lloyd was extremely skilled in helping to unblock the chain. His competence and negotiating skills were invaluable when challenges arose. He was also very good at keeping me informed of the issues and he inspired absolute confidence. Ellisons provides a much more personal service than the bigger companies and all the staff are very helpful, pleasant, and efficient. We used Ellisons in Wimbledon twice. The first time unfortunately the chain fell through, but it was by all means nothing to do with the agents. Amanda did her very best to drive through the process and it was very unfortunate that the other agency did not pay the same level of care.
