We recently sold our Wimbledon property through Ellisons and I can't fault them at any stage of the process. From the start, Sam provided clear advice which led to a quick offer being accepted. Our onward chain was large and a little complex but Sam and the team went above and beyond on multiple occasions to keep us on the right path as well as provide our buyers with assurance and support in order to get everything over the line. Aidan and Lewis were great at providing regular updates in Sam's absence so we weren't left chasing at any point. Would actively encourage others to use the team at Ellisons. Thanks Sam and all. We recently bought our first home through Ellison's Wimbledon. Although the conveyancing process was long winded and a bit protracted we had a really positive experience when dealing with Lewis Haldane at Ellison's. We initially saw the property we wanted and Lewis was really helpful; he worked hard to try and ensure we could secure the property that fitted our criteria. Lewis kept us up to date throughout the process and was so efficient when communicating with the vendor, our conveyancing team and the vendors solicitors. He always appeared happy to go the extra mile. We had a dealing with a more senior member of the team, who was not on the same wavelength as ourselves- so we are really happy that we dealt with Lewis who worked towards the mutually agreeable end point. Overall, the purchase was a stressful experience (they do say moving house is a stressful life event) but dealing with the team at Ellison's estate agent was a great experience. Thank you!

Lewis was the agent managing our purchase and was very helpful and professional throughout despite many difficulties and miscommunications lower down our chain. He helped to communicate clearly with the vendors and to ensure that everything got over the line. He also helpfully arranged for a surveyor and electrician to attend. Compared to our interactions with our own estate agents (Sterlings) and those further down the chain (Sterling Ackroyd), Ellisons were on another level (FAR SUPERIOR!).

I have used Aidan and the team to purchase a property on behalf of my elderly father in Wimbledon who had a long "must have" list. Aidan worked tirelessly to identify the aprropriate property with precision and consideration to my fathers needs. He was determined to find the right properry for my dad and he was successful in doing so. Aidan is such an honest, hard working, professional agent with the utmost integrity. I completly trusted him. Aidan was very kind to my father and was also incredibly helpful offering pragmatic advice throughout the process.
