I would like to commend Mahul Patel, Ellisons, Wimbledon. I first contacted him in February 2026 and through various personal issues and crises was not able to proceed with a purchase initially. He always kept in contact ( which is very rare) and when I was able to come back on the scene again was always diligent in providing leads for my particualr specification. In the end, I found a house from another agent, but would have no hesitation in recommending Mahul as one of the best in his field.

Ellisons have been a fine and thoroughly decent estate agent to work with, keeping me well-informed throughout the process. I mainly dealt with Aidan and Sam who were very genuine and hardworking on my behalf, and understanding of a difficult selling situation. I had used Ellisons in Mitchum several years ago, after being let down by two previous agents, and they were marvellous then as well. I would absolutely recommend this team to others, and would happily make use of their services again.

Our house is next door to a Ellison's managed rental property and I'd like to commend Ellisons for excellent service. Firstly, the lovely tenants they have placed in the house must be a delight for the landlord. Genuinely wonderful family, taking great care of the property. Secondly, due to some bad weather, the fence in-between our houses was destroyed. Thank you to Joanne, in the property management team, who had a team at the house within 24 hours of my call. An additional thanks goes to Alex and Francisco who came and replaced the fence, cleared all their rubbish and were a credit to the landlord and Ellisons. I engaged 3 agencies to market my property. One was defeatist and low in estimate, one was flashy with a pitch full of corporate lets/sales, and then there was Ellisons. From our valuation meeting with Aidan, we were inspired by his professionalism and managed confidence, so they were the natural choice. Two viewings later we had an offer for full asking price (from the first viewers!). Don't get me wrong, we put a lot of effort in presenting our place properly for sale, but this was still a great outcome. Really goes to show they are the local experts and have a gift for placing the right people with the right property. From that point on the whole team were great at ensuring that the sale stayed on track, especially in challenging economic times. Dan was fantastic in mediating the details, and Lewis was incredibly helpful anytime we needed to call or pop into the branch. We definitely felt reassured throughout the process. Can't recommend them enough to anyone wanting a quality service.

Very poor customer service, communication and expectation handling. I called in on Saturday to arrange a viewing on a property for sale. Spoke to Assistant Branch Manger Sam Lloyd. I was informed I was penciled in for a viewing at 10am on Tuesday but I would receive a call back to confirm. No call back. On Monday morning I called back to follow up. Spoke to another member of staff and was informed the property might now be under offer and viewings may not be possible. I was informed I would receive a call back to confirm. No call back. I called back again on Tuesday and spoke to a 3rd member of staff. Informed the property was now under offer. When I recounted the timeline, the gentleman was apologetic and helpful and offered me another property coming up for sale. He said he would email me his details so I could let him know if interested. No Email. Today I received an email confirming a viewing on this new property I had not requested. I emailed in my feedback concerning my experience and received an email back from Sam Lloyd explaining: 'I'm sorry that you feel that communication wasn't as you had expected but we have been incredibly busy'. I will be avoiding Ellisons - if they cannot communicate or maintain basic expectations, how will they cope with a property sale?NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

From the initial meeting - to manage our expectations on timing and asking price- to Completion, the whole team, and in particular Sam Lloyd, was always on it. They have been great. I used them to sell a flat and I was really impressed, really helpful, replied to emails and calls quickly. Lewis and Aidan was great, provided good advice and went over and above, even popping by to do metre readings and to check on the property weekly. I also used Ellisons to rent out the flat for a number of years and stayed with them, even though they were not the cheapest because I felt confident that they would deal prompty with any tenants queries or issues and update me with any legislative changes to make sure that I was acting in accordance with the law. I found them brilliant. I hope that my tenants did too. Any issues with the flat were either dealt with promptly or notified to me quickly so that I could react appropriately. Extremely grateful that they made letting out a property at a distance a lot less stressful. Thank you.

We sold our flat in central Wimbledon through Ellison's. From the initial phone call to Aidan I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism. I then spoke with Sam and found his confidence we would find a buyer at the price we wanted enough to go forward with them to market the property. The particulars and video were excellent and property video in my opinion far better than the competitors. They found a buyer very quickly for the price we wanted and the process was straightforward bar a few issues towards the end which were overcome. I would recommend Ellisons and especially Sam & Aidan for selling your Wimbledon property and I would use them again.
