GoogleEdmund Estate Agents helped us to purchase a house in the Orpington area, and I was really impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism in the process. Glenn and Ivan helped us all along the way and helped to navigate the slightly difficult situation due to the pandemic for which we will be always grateful to them.

GoogleThe staff at Edmund are nothing short of amazing. Glenn and Ivan helped us both buy a property and also sell it later on down the line, and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. They are friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. If they can’t help immediately they give you a time when they can call back with an answer and they always do so - you’re never left hanging or out of the loop on anything. They also chase things up and touch base without needing to be asked, and we always felt that we could ask them anything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to absolutely anyone in the area. We are thrilled we found such a good team and are very grateful for all their hard work and support.

GoogleWould definitely recommend. It was a difficult time to sell a house, but their client-care was consistently strong and Rob worked particularly hard to help us finally get a sale; I always felt I was getting straight and honest talking.

GoogleI would have no hesitation in recommending the Orpington Branch of Edmunds. Ivan, Glenn & Karen are all very professional and trustworthy. I would not use anyone else on the high street.

GoogleHaving bought and sold through Edmunds in the past I didn’t hesitate to use their services again in selling my property this time. Always helpful, courteous, they keep me regularly informed, no having to chase them for updates. What I particularly appreciate is their authenticity and efficiency - it’s a breath of fresh air dealing with Glenn and Ivan in a world that often is neither. One less stress in moving house is always a good move!

GoogleExcellent professional service! I would highly recommend Edmund Estate Agents Orpington. Glenn and Ivan are amazing! After changing estate agents I got the best professional service and sold my house very quickly. Because I was buying a new build house I had to exchange very quickly. Glenn progressed my sale at the highest standard making sure all involved were able to exchange quickly. It is the most stressful experience moving home but Glenn has a way of keeping you very calm and does all the very hard work behind the scenes. I was kept in the picture at all times with very informative telephone calls and emails. I can’t thank them both enough. Thank you Glenn and Ivan

GoogleFirst class service again We recently used Edmund again for the 4th time in the last 16 years, having used them before we knew we would get a first class service and were not disappointed . One of the main reasons we use Edmund is the continuity, ever since we have known them we have dealt with the same people, Ivan and Glenn , who are honest, reliable and efficient . We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is moving home. Edmund are the only estate agent we would use.

GoogleI’ve used Edmund’s service since late 2015. Ivan, the director is always helpful and responsive. I’m really grateful for the nice service my family received for the recent past 4 years. And I genuinely hope that we can deal again in the future.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service, couldn't recommend Glenn, Ivan and the team high enough. Professional throughout, excellent communication, always went the extra mile to give us extra viewings and kept us updated throughout the purchase process. They've made a very stressful process a lot easier than it could have been and they were a pleasure to work with. I look forward to heading directly to them next time I need an Estate Agent.

GoogleI've always been sceptical of estate agents in the past, but you needn't worry with Edmunds in Orpington. In fact, we've been so impressed in the past, I have now used them on 3 separate occasions to buy and sell houses, over the past 10 years. They are a small, local friendly team and they give honest advice, to their customers. Sure, there are other Edmunds branches, but I would always use the team in Orpington, because they are very friendly and incredibly hardworking. Even 3 years after buying our current house, I still keep in touch, and when we needed a quick valuation to secure some additional borrowing our extension, Ivan and Glenn were on hand and were able to organise a quick, straightforward visit and provide the necessary paperwork. There was no business in it for them, but they were quick to oblige and didn't charge a fee for the valuation, and undertook this effortlessly. I have to say that having previously had dealings with other estate agents in the Orpington and Petts Wood area (I wont mention any firms by name), I have to say I have found Orpington Edmunds by far to be the best, for their customer service, their honest feedback and their reasonable fees. I'm not currently looking to sell, but when we do, I will be using Edmunds in Orpington. Many thanks.

GoogleI have recently dealt with Ivan, Glenn and the team both with buying and selling. They are the most professional company I have ever dealt with. Very proactive, and nothing was too much trouble from the first day meeting them, until the sale and purchase went through. Would highly recommend them.
