GoogleWe originally bought our Masionette via Edmund and it was Edmund's who actually made sure the sale went through when the other parties dragged their feet. When it came to sell we decided to use Edmund again and once again it was down to the valiant efforts of Nick that the sale went through. They may not be the cheapest but they are definitely good value for money and I couldn't recommend more.

GoogleHarassed into moving from our home on the premise that buyer would be homeless. Turns out 3 weeks out of our home in cramped cottage with Son and his family, all our furniture in storage and considerable costs with double removing and our buyers not even moved in but got builders in and has turned it into a building site. Our attempts to stay put were met with extreme rudeness and my wife was swore at. I would not recommend this Company who can achieve a sale but then change tactic and turn very nasty if you do not do as they want.

GoogleExcellent service from Glenn and Ivan selling our house, they were always easy to contact when we had questions and worked hard to make sure everything went through smoothly, chasing up solicitors etc when needed. Great experience and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!

FacebookA huge Thank You to Ivan and Glenn at the Orpington branch for another successful transaction for us. Their advice and market insight was spot on, resulting in finding us a buyer during lockdown. Glenn's ability to know exactly what is going on with every party in the chain is legendary and invaluable as our sale and purchase went through. We would highly recommend Edmunds, their perseverence and professionalism is a credit to the branch. Thank you guys!

GoogleWe recently purchased a property via Edmunds and our agent was Nick. He not only guided us through the purchase and tried to make everything as slick as possible but also gave sound advice on selling our home. Highly recommended.

GoogleDid one viewing with the company and they were very professional, however there has been complete silence after that - no email responses, no responses for new properties, just complete shutdown. It's unacceptable.

GoogleRob and the team were outstanding in the work they put in to get our purchase over the line during difficult circumstances with an unusually complicated purchase. I don't think we would have got over the line without their persistence and hard work. Will certainly be using Edmunds again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe appointed Edmunds to sell my late mother's house after comparing them with two other local agents. Their approach was excellent, especially given the impact of COVID-19 on the process and the disruption that caused. I would not hesitate to use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWould definitely recommend. It was a difficult time to sell a house, but their client-care was consistently strong and Rob worked particularly hard to help us finally get a sale; I always felt I was getting straight and honest talking.

FacebookEdmund Estate Agents helped us to purchase a house in the Orpington area, and I was really impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism in the process. Glenn and Ivan helped us all along the way and helped to navigate the slightly difficult situation due to the pandemic for which we will be always grateful to them.
Many thanks for the kind words, Nelnish. We wish you and your family allt he very best in your new home.
