Ivan and the team are very professional. They provide 5 star services, taking the worry and hassle out of the whole experience. The fees are reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

I can highly recommend the team at Edmund Orpington. They are extremely professional and helpful and deal with all queries efficiently. Nothing is too much trouble and they make sure the whole process is a lot less painful than it could be. The 'personal touch' is definately much better than the online options and I cant praise Ivan and Glenn enough.

We bought our house from these agents. Very friendly and efficient. I don't know how much they cost, but they are good. The footfall outside isn't great, so you might not get so many people looking at your house through the window, but everyone looks online these days. For some weird reason, they don't have the prices of the houses in the window.

Ivan and his team are great. I used their services to rent out my flat for several years. They were very professional, always quick to resolve things, and went above and beyond to help. Indeed, they made the whole experience painless (e.g. billing, finding tenants, check-in and check-outs). I would highly recommend them.

Thank you! Being first time buyers, Glenn was the perfect example of what a friendly, helpful estate agent should be. He made the process really easy and was always on the other end of the phone if we had any questions

All the team at Edmund, Orpington were just wonderful. We sold our house through them and just cannot thank them enough for their help, advice, support, professionalism and proactive approach. Every member of the team kept us informed throughout the selling process. We have moved a few times over the years and Edmund are far and away the best estate agents we have ever dealt with. We cannot recommend them highly enough and if it were possible to give them ten stars we would.

I have recently dealt with Ivan, Glenn and the team both with buying and selling. They are the most professional company I have ever dealt with. Very proactive, and nothing was too much trouble from the first day meeting them, until the sale and purchase went through. Would highly recommend them.

Could not be more pleased with our recent experience with Edmund in Orpington. Everyone was very professional and friendly and we felt valued and informed at every stage while buying our house. As someone who has little experience with the complexities of buying property it was wonderful to be able to feel confident in the deep knowledge and experience Edmund had available to guide us through the process.

Both Ivan and Glenn have exceptional knowledge and understanding of the housing market in and around Orpington which has clearly been built up over many years. Lots of wise words of advice and neither can be faulted for their unfailing and unrelenting determination to make things as smooth, straightford and stress free as possible. Polite, energetic and committed to making things happen I suggest you REALLY want these guys involved, regardless of whether you are a buyer or seller. Thanks gents, I honestly can't thank you enough for all you did for us. Hugely appreciated!

I can thoroughly recommend Ivan at Edmund's. It is refreshing to meet an agent who is honest and straight forward and who works hard to sell a property.

After chasing up several times in the space of two weeks on a property I wanted to view they turned around and said the property has now been sold by another estate agent. Not once did they call back after promising on numerous occasions that they would. A very frustrating and incompetent company to deal with.

I recently sold my house through Edmund and found the service to be fantastic. The staff really took time to get to know me and were really helpful throughout the whole process. They facilitated a lot of the viewings and were really flexible with availability which was great for me as I work long hours. I’ve worked with a number of estate agents for both myself and family properties and I can honestly say I wouldn’t choose to work with anyone else through a process that is stressful enough!
