GoogleAmazing service from the moment Nick came to value our property right until we completed on our sale! One of my big things was communication and he never ever failed to call back or keep me in the loop! Honestly, couldn’t recommend Edmunds more. The team including the wonderful Allyson are kind, caring and true to their word! They made a difficult time moving from our loved home quickly that more bearable and we are truly grateful. GoogleIf You’re Looking to Feel Ignored, This Is the Place! Despite giving all our details, we never received a single property suggestion. Not one. It’s almost impressive how thoroughly they managed to forget we existed. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming from the start. The man at the first desk on the left set the tone: unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in actually dealing with people. There was also a very uncomfortable sense that we weren’t being treated the same as other clients. Let’s just say their idea of “professionalism” seems to come with some very selective customer service. Whether that’s down to unconscious bias or something more intentional, we’ll let you decide. Overall, an unpleasant and frustrating experience. If you’re not part of their preferred crowd, don’t expect much

His communication was excellent throughout, he was always responsive, clear, and proactive, which made a real difference in what can often be a stressful process. Nick also played a key role in helping to keep things moving and speeding up the transaction where possible. His professionalism and efficiency didn’t go unnoticed, and we really appreciated his support from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

GoogleCould not recommend Nick from Edmund enough. Very professional and extremely helpful in a very tense exchange. We would not have moved into our dream house if it was not for him, from finding a buyer of our house quickly, to managing the communications with other estate agents and solicitors. Most estate agents only focus on the sale of property and not the completion but nick focuses on both. We will be using him for every property sale!

GoogleHighly recommended. We had to sell my mothers house following her passing. Rob and Nick were excellent. Rob was very knowledgeable about the local market and gave us a very good valuation. Edmunds dealt with all the viewings very efficiently and found a strong local buyer. The sale proceeded very smoothly.

The whole team at Edmund in Orpington were absolutely fantastic with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new house. We were kept brilliantly informed and viewings were always done when convenient for us and it really felt like they were very positive about our property. We actually purchased our new house through Edmunds as well and the whole process was made as stress free as it can be by Edmunds. Ivan, Glenn and Julia were brilliant at helping us move everything along and kept us updated every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleAs an executor, I instructed Edmunds to sell a maisonette with a leasehold property, something I was very unfamiliar with and was going to take some time to sort given the circumstances and solicitor involvement. Rob and Nick provided me with advice, guidance and recommendations every step of the way and kept me regularly informed and updated throughout a fairly length process of getting the lease extended and kept my solicitor updated with all details they required to move the sale along.
