FacebookEdmund Estate Agents helped us to purchase a house in the Orpington area, and I was really impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism in the process. Glenn and Ivan helped us all along the way and helped to navigate the slightly difficult situation due to the pandemic for which we will be always grateful to them.
Many thanks for the kind words, Nelnish. We wish you and your family allt he very best in your new home.

GoogleWe originally bought our Masionette via Edmund and it was Edmund's who actually made sure the sale went through when the other parties dragged their feet. When it came to sell we decided to use Edmund again and once again it was down to the valiant efforts of Nick that the sale went through. They may not be the cheapest but they are definitely good value for money and I couldn't recommend more.

GoogleDespite being a small local Estate Agent they had a constant stream of viewers for our property. The company is not flashy, it just does it's job well. The staff were very polite and professional.

GoogleI instructed Edmunds to sell my uncles bungalow. Lee and Matt did a great job and I was pleased with their pro-active approach as they were not just waiting for the phone to ring. Not only did they value the property higher than other agents, they then sold it quickly and at the asking price. You can't ask for more than that.

GoogleAfter chasing up several times in the space of two weeks on a property I wanted to view they turned around and said the property has now been sold by another estate agent. Not once did they call back after promising on numerous occasions that they would. A very frustrating and incompetent company to deal with.
