We recently bought our first home through Edmunds and had a great experience from start to finish. As first time buyers, we felt truly blessed to have such genuine people around us to walk us through the process. They never took advantage of our inexperience and always treated us like people rather than another sales opportunity. David showed us around and was really generous with his time, letting us take a proper look and sharing some genuinely useful advice about improvements we could make down the line. Glenn and Ivan kept communication with the sellers flowing well throughout, and when some tricky conversations came up around furnishings being left or removed, they handled it all with real diplomacy. The whole team at Edmunds were personable and we built a great rapport with all of them. They proactively offered us a second viewing before we even thought to ask, were always on top of emails, and got the sold sign up instantaneously without us ever having to ask them. Would highly recommend.

From the outset the service and professionalism from both Ivan and Glenn has been outstanding. They provided excellent support and guidance to steer us through the selling of our property (my late mother's house) which was more complicated given the fact that I live a considerable distance from the location. Superb experience from the beginning. Glenn and Ivan were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, keeping us in the loop at a minimum weekly basis. Were always willing to guide us with information and be flexible when it came to viewing the property on multiple occasions. Their clear communication was always key for us, as we wanted to know what was happening, especially with the property going through the probate process and us having little knowledge on the steps. I cannot praise this team enough-a superb service from everyone from the first phone call that I made to arrange a viewing of one of their listed properties to the successful completion of my purchase. David showed us round and was both professional and friendly, clearly knew the property and was able to answer all our questions, giving us plenty of time to get to know the place. We ended up having 3 viewings and nothing was too much trouble for him. But once you have a buyer - keeping everything moving, making sure both sides were informed and following up and what needed to happen and when - was a huge benefit.
