GoogleNy sister and I have dealt with both Ivan and Glenn with the sale of our late mums property. Both have been brilliant for the outset, great support and chasing solicitors so we didn't have to. Thank you so much to all the team at Edmund.

GoogleExtremely positive experience with Edmund's when selling our deceased mother's house recently. Ivan's many years of experience and knowledge of the local area is evident. He worked relentlessly and communication was superb throughout. After finding a suitable buyer completion took several months longer to complete than we had anticipated due to a hold up down the line, but at no point did Ivan take his finger off the pulse, persistently chasing the other parties without prompting. We felt complete confidence in Edmund and would not hesitate to use their services again. Many thanks and a Happy New Year to you!
Hi Rose Thank you for such a lovely review. Ivan

GoogleWe appointed Edmund Estates after them kindly giving a Probate Valuation for my Fathers house. During that valuation it became apparent that Edmund were the only agent that was clear in the way that they would handle the sale. It was important to us that there needed to be little confusion for both us as the seller, and any potential buyer. The actual selling process was handled with professionalism and once a realistic offer was received, the process to actual completion was straightforward and easily achieved. For a realistic sale of your I cannot recommend Edmund highly enough.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity and your kind comments. All the best to you and your family in 2024

GoogleI recently purchased our family home through Edmund. Even though they were working for the vendors, they were very respectful and courteous and got back with clarifications at the earliest possible opportunity. They were also technically competent and able to answer or obtain answers for all our queries. We had multiple site visits and surveys and they were always willing to help co-ordinate access to the property at a time available suitable for the tradesmen. On the whole a very pleasant experience.
Thank you Arindam

GoogleIvan and Glenn have recently acted for us on the sale of my late Father's house. Right from the start when Ivan viewed the property we have had excellent communication, advice and help with what ended up being a difficult sale! Both of them always quick to respond and follow up. They kept us in the picture all the way through. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending any prospective buyers/sellers to use Edmunds.
Thank you Kevin Best wishes Ivan and Glenn

GoogleWe have been very happy with the service received during the sale of our house and would definitely recommend. Glenn and Ivan were very responsive at all times and stayed on top of the sale. They worked well together and whilst our main contact after a buyer was found was Glenn we found that they kept each other up to date well. Any issues were worked through and they went above and beyond in dealing with both sides of the chain. Wouldn't consider any other estate agent locally.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
