GoogleWe bought our first property through Ivan Epps in 1990. Since then he has acted for us in the sale of several properties and managed rental properties on our behalf. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He is a safe pair of hands and we have always appreciated his help.

If they can’t help immediately they give you a time when they can call back with an answer and they always do so - you’re never left hanging or out of the loop on anything. They also chase things up and touch base without needing to be asked, and we always felt that we could ask them anything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to absolutely anyone in the area. We are thrilled we found such a good team and are very grateful for all their hard work and support.

GoogleHarassed into moving from our home on the premise that buyer would be homeless. Turns out 3 weeks out of our home in cramped cottage with Son and his family, all our furniture in storage and considerable costs with double removing and our buyers not even moved in but got builders in and has turned it into a building site. Our attempts to stay put were met with extreme rudeness and my wife was swore at. I would not recommend this Company who can achieve a sale but then change tactic and turn very nasty if you do not do as they want.

GoogleFirst class service again We recently used Edmund again for the 4th time in the last 16 years, having used them before we knew we would get a first class service and were not disappointed . One of the main reasons we use Edmund is the continuity, ever since we have known them we have dealt with the same people, Ivan and Glenn , who are honest, reliable and efficient . We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is moving home. Edmund are the only estate agent we would use.

GoogleI recently sold my house through Edmund and found the service to be fantastic. The staff really took time to get to know me and were really helpful throughout the whole process. They facilitated a lot of the viewings and were really flexible with availability which was great for me as I work long hours. I’ve worked with a number of estate agents for both myself and family properties and I can honestly say I wouldn’t choose to work with anyone else through a process that is stressful enough!

Always helpful, courteous, they keep me regularly informed, no having to chase them for updates. What I particularly appreciate is their authenticity and efficiency - it’s a breath of fresh air dealing with Glenn and Ivan in a world that often is neither. GoogleWe bought our house from these agents. Very friendly and efficient. I don't know how much they cost, but they are good. The footfall outside isn't great, so you might not get so many people looking at your house through the window, but everyone looks online these days. For some weird reason, they don't have the prices of the houses in the window.
