GoogleWe have recently tried to sell our property through Edmund Orpington. Ivan and Glenn have been brilliant in dealing with all the enquiries and the unexpected issues during the difficult pandemic time. They have both been professional and went out of their ways to help us in the transaction, no work is too much for them. I would highly recommend them and would hope to do business with them again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFrom valuation to completion the team at Orpington were professional and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a complicated chain and there were a few fretful moments but Glenn was fantastic. He was always on the ball chasing and obtaining updates from the other estate agents and liaising with solicitors. He constantly kept us and our buyers aware of what was going on. True customer service is judged when things do not go smoothly and Glenn provided us with an excellent service throughout. We would wholeheartedly recommend.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleGreat service from Edmund Orpington office in selling our house. Glenn and Ivan managed the process well and were always willing to adapt to our needs and provide timely feedback and advice even during this difficult COVID period. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Edmund Estates Agents and we will surely call upon their great expertise in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThey are bullies. Yes they get a sale but expect you to complete in 28 days. When you do not they turn nasty. We are in our 70's homeless because they would not stop bullying. Used profanities when told we would not complete our …

GoogleThe staff at Edmund are nothing short of amazing. Glenn and Ivan helped us both buy a property and also sell it later on down the line, and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. They are friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. If they can’t help immediately they give you a time when they can call back with an answer and they always do so - you’re never left hanging or out of the loop on anything. They also chase things up and touch base without needing to be asked, and we always felt that we could ask them anything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to absolutely anyone in the area. We are thrilled we found such a good team and are very grateful for all their hard work and support.

GoogleIn addition to using Edmunds Orpington for a rental property we have recently listed our house for sale with them too. Ivan and Glenn have been pro-active in trying to find us a buyer as well as a new home. We note that other agents just refer you to their website! Ivan and Glenn listened carefully to our requirements and acted accordingly. They have been extremely professional and courteous at all times. This is clearly not an easy industry to be involved in during the pandemic but we have nothing but praise for their honest style of working. Their experience in the job shines through and they have more than earned their excellent reputation in the area. 11 out of 10 from us. Thank you. We have been using Edmunds for several years for our rental property. Ivan has been great in finding suitable tenants and keeping us informed on the ever changing list of rules and regulations for landlords. The service is professional and they are very knowledgeable in their field. We have no hesitation in giving Edmunds Orpington the highest possible recommendation.

GoogleRecently dealt with Ivan, Glenn, Sarah and Karen at the Orpington office of Edmund. They couldn't have been more helpful from our initial viewing, until the day we moved into our first home together. Polite, professional, and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They know their stuff, and was always happy to go "the extra mile" to explain things. We felt they really had our backs at what can be a stressful time. Definitely recommend these guys.

GoogleRob and the team were outstanding in the work they put in to get our purchase over the line during difficult circumstances with an unusually complicated purchase. I don't think we would have got over the line without their persistence and hard work. Will certainly be using Edmunds again.
