GoogleThe flat we used to rent was managed by the landlord, but eddisonWhite were responsible for sorting out the tenancy agreement and held the deposit. They were pretty good and on top of things.

GoogleAs a landlord I wanted good management for my property. Carole, Holly & the team at Eddionwhite have provided this with their professional approach, nothing has been too much trouble. Picking good tenants using good maintenance engineers & most of all keeping me informed of any issues. Payments were always made on time & always clearly laid out & accurate. I have now sold my property with Eddisonwhite & can only say thank you for all of your help over the years.

GoogleTerrible agents, they do not look after tenants and do not care about them. Only interest is landlords and trying to squeeze as much money as they can from tenants for no reason. They are very dodgy and disorganised. They do not talk to each other and this creates unnecessary stress / chasing up etc. Oh and the best: try to complain and they will only give you a lecture and a ton of dodging answers that would not even acknowledge the information or the feedback. There are so many agents in the same area with beautiful properties at the same price. Don’t be fooled by these apparently good agents... Be cautious!

GoogleWe’ve had the pleasure of working with Rhys over the past few months to buy a family home in Colliers Wood and I simply couldn’t recommend him highly enough. We had a complete nightmare selling our own flat through a well-known “market-leading” agency to the extent that our sale almost fell through a number of times. I approached the Branch Director at that agency to help us but was simply told “nothing more could be done”. In the end, it was thanks to Rhys’s intervention in our sale and his general solutions focused approach throughout the process that meant our sale went through and we were able to buy a property we absolutely loved.
