GoogleI could not be happier with the service the team offered when selling our house. They got a price for our property that we were very happy with. The team did a great job of understanding the area and our home, and they did an amazing job of setting the house and making sure it looked amazing for the photos and viewings. We had quite a difficult chain due to changes at the top of the chain, while also trying to get everything done before the stamp duty increase. Aidan did an amazing job of managing all the issues and ensuring everything workout as smoothly as possible. Him and team went above and beyond and I would 100% go back to them if I needed to sell a property again

GoogleI recently had a very disappointing experience with Edisson White, specifically with an agent named Emma. I was asked to come down to their office with my documents to confirm a property I was supposed to rent for the second time, for the same property. However, before I even had the chance to submit my documents the next day, I received an email stating that the property had been given to another person. This was incredibly frustrating, as I had been assured that the property was available for me. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the agent, Emma. She was rude over the phone and showed no concern for the stress this caused me. I had already declined another property, which I was ready to pay the deposit for, based on the assumption that I had secured this one. Now, I am back to square one, having lost both opportunities. It is clear that Edisson White does not value their clients. The lack of communication and professionalism I experienced was unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful property agent.

Hi Nikhil, we sympathise with how tough it can be to secure a rental, we do everything in our power to make the process as smooth as possible but unfortunately on this occasion the Landlord whose final decision it is, accepted another applicant who were able to attend our offices with the legally required documents before you. These are required before your offer could be submitted. Having spoken to Emma, she is upset she wasn’t able to secure this for you and is disappointed to read your negative review. Emma has confirmed that when property became available again you were one of her first calls in the hope to be able to secure it for you this time round, but she refutes the blame of losing the other property as she was not made aware that you had another offer elsewhere. A combination of factors were involved in you not being successful in this instance, but Emma is not to blame for those. A revision of your review would be appreciated. Regards Richard Eddison

Always courteous, James Wenham provided excellent advice and support over the sale as did Richard Eddison, and, because I knew I could rely on them, much of the stress of selling was reduced. Five star service throughout!
