Thank you so much Emma - you are amazing!! I bought a house earlier this year, with EddisonWhite in Colliers Wood acting as the estate agent from the sellers side. I cannot recommend them enough. I had interacted with a lot of estate agents until I spoke with EddisonWhite, and I cannot communicate how much I appreciated their professionalism and knowledge, which I did not see from a lot of other companies. In particular Emma Brundel was excellent. She understood what I was looking for, and was kind, patient and informed throughout the process. She was always on hand if I had any questions - big or small, which was very important to me as a first time buyer. She also had a proactive approach and a very open communication style which allowed the sale to go through faster and successfully. When I come to sell my house, she will be the person I go to, I cannot recommend her and EddisonWhite highly enough.

I could not be happier with the service the team offered when selling our house. They got a price for our property that we were very happy with. The team did a great job of understanding the area and our home, and they did an amazing job of setting the house and making sure it looked amazing for the photos and viewings. We had quite a difficult chain due to changes at the top of the chain, while also trying to get everything done before the stamp duty increase. Aidan did an amazing job of managing all the issues and ensuring everything workout as smoothly as possible. Him and team went above and beyond and I would 100% go back to them if I needed to sell a property again

From the initial introduction with Richard, all the way to the completion of sales, they have been very responsive and professional. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Rhys over the past few months to buy a family home in Colliers Wood and I simply couldn’t recommend him highly enough. We had a complete nightmare selling our own flat through a well-known “market-leading” agency to the extent that our sale almost fell through a number of times. I approached the Branch Director at that agency to help us but was simply told “nothing more could be done”. We first became aware of EW when we bought our property in 2019, we then decided to sell recently (late 2022-2023) and EW were the obvious choice for us considering all other estate agents in the area. We dealt mainly with James but all staff were very much on the ball and had a “let’s get this done” attitude, even the top man Richard himself. The valuation EW suggested was spot on in the end. It was tempting to go down an online estate agent route but we are so glad we did not. Having previously sold with a well known online only agency, we were so glad that the staff at EW were on hand to sort out any issues that arose - it’s clear that the staff know the area and know their business. Trust us when we say that if you go down an online route - you’ll be left on your own to sort things out that are way beyond your knowledge or experience. Don’t hesitate to deal with EW: we certainly haven’t regretted it at all.
