I can only encourage anyone to chose EddisonWhite as the best estate agent you can find in Colliers Wood. I have recently sold a property with EddisonWhite and I could not have wished for a better and friendlier service. Emma as well as JamesW haven been absolutely marvellous, patient and totally stuck to their promise and delivered results where another estate agent failed. All services provided were perfect, pictures of high quality and everything was on time. On top of all this they did go the extra mile, super important as a lot was done with us being overseas. I have been with Eddisonwhite for 4 years James got me into my first flat with them and was amazing! I needed to move and get out of my tenancy and Samuel, has been amazingly helpful with that. Emma and James have even been able to find me a new place i can't recommend this team enough they have been absolutely amazing! Terrible agents, they do not look after tenants and do not care about them. Only interest is landlords and trying to squeeze as much money as they can from tenants for no reason. They are very dodgy and disorganised. They do not talk to each other and this creates unnecessary stress / chasing up etc. Oh and the best: try to complain and they will only give you a lecture and a ton of dodging answers that would not even acknowledge the information or the feedback. There are so many agents in the same area with beautiful properties at the same price. Don’t be fooled by these apparently good agents... Be cautious!

Fantastic agents in every sense! Eddisonwhite have managed our rental property in London for around 5 years, and recently also managed the sale of the same property. The effort and guidance that they put into the process was fantastic, and their communication throughout was incredible (which really matters when you are not based in the UK any more). Bad experience. 1st no one have attended set viewing time, had to call and chase. Agent (JP) turned up and walked to the tenants flat without even knocking, very awkward. 2nd. After putting an offer through had to chase again after 1 week just to be told rental was agreed 2 days after my offer with another applicant yet 7 days and no curtesy to inform my offer was rejected.

1 Star is rather harsh Michal. Your viewing took place at the allotted time that you requested. The incumbent tenant was aware we were coming so I'm not sure why it was awkward? JP has been spoken to and he confirms there was no awkwardness on his part? We had multiple offers on the property one of which was yours, this was then emailed across to our client for her consideration. The property was on the market with another agent also so the landlord took a while to confirm her acceptance of any offer. She unfortunately went with a single person and not a couple. However where I agree with you and apologies to you, is that you should have been contacted to confirm your offer was not accepted. That was an oversight by the negotiator who dealt with the offer and he has been made aware of his oversight and his customer service on this occasion has fallen short our the companies expectation.
