GoogleTerrible company. Don't deal with tenants issues at all throughout entiriety of tenancy. Sloppy eg take too much money from accounts initially, leave to let signs outside property for ages after property been let. They are All about grabbing money - eg charge a huge admin fee to check in at start of tenancy and then another £100+ free to check out at end of tenancy. No urgency to return deposit (took 3 weeks). Avoid at all costs

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST Very disappointed with their service. They didn't want to help resolve any of our issues. Everytime we presented them with an issue they tried to put it back to us. We had no timer on our heating for the full tenancy, paid over £200 admin fee to move in and then a further £110 to 'check out'. We then had to chase for our deposit return, which took over 3 weeks.

GoogleThey refused to show us a house.
Hi Ra Yokai, unfortunately we can not show everyone the properties they choose to view. If an applicant can not meet the criteria of our 3rd party referencing company to pass the referencing, then they will FAIL their referencing. This will mean that they can not be recommended to the landlords. We therefore would not wish to waste anyone's time, including you by showing a property that meant they could not take up the tenancy. With lots of tenants struggling to find because of the lack of properties coming to the market, we recommend all tenants have the relevant information they require when registering and then viewing. Sorry you could not view but I'm sure there was a valid reason not to show you the property. Regards Richard Eddison
