GoogleHonestly only giving one star because zero wasn't an option. The most incompetent people I have met, with no sense of responsibility or initiative. I wish I had written this after one negative experience but after 18 months of dealing with this company I can honestly say that if I owned a property, I would never ever consider using them. I have multiple friends in the exact same industry who agree with me, their companies would never preform to the low standards provided by this company. My advise is use literally any other, of the many, companies listed for your property.

Google13 October 2018 I had a positive experience when viewing a house through Eddisonwhite today. He did not waste my time and was very professional, including the lady who answered the phone at the office.

GoogleIn many cases, bad reviews are from tenants who have given false or misleading information on their applications to rent. They then lose their holding deposits. My advice to tenants. Be truthful. If you have poor credit, say so. If you earn £20,000 don't say you earn £30,000, if you are self employed, have a tax return done. Look after the property you are in and pay the rent on time. Remember the landlord or agent will be giving you a reference. If there is work to be done, its normally the agent waiting for the landlord to respond. Yes agents make mistakes but my experience of using eddisonwhite is that they have found great tenants and acted professionally in renting our property.

Hi Ed, as a landlord you have experienced these issues so are well placed to understand the trials & tribulations us agents have to deal with. Luckily for us & our landlords we have procedures to adhere to so that we get the best tenants for our clients, which is why I would always recommend using a professional to let your property out. GoogleI have used the letting managements services for the past 8 years whilst living in Australia. The service has been superb. In that period I've had 3 separate tenants, the change overs have been seamless, excellent communications and excellent maintenance of the property. More recently I have used EddisonWhite to sell my property and again the service has been top notch, with my agent going the extra mile dealing with solicitors very effectively to push them along and complete the sale for me. This was all done with a superb commission % as well. I was extremely grateful for this service being located on the other side of the world. I would wholeheartedly recommend Eddison White to anyone for letting or selling purposes. Thanks to the team there, especially Emma and Richard.

GoogleRecently used them to re-let my 2 bedroom flat in south park area. New tenant moved in within 3 days of previous tenant vacating. They handled the inventory, cleaning between and move in smoothly and rent increased by £50 per month so happy to recommend. Money sent over within 4 working days too.

GoogleOnly looked at a flat. Didn't even buy it. No pressure, the chap was totally open about the condition and background and even asked for our opinion. Friendly guys and would love to use them again Not your standard mann and countrywide wide-boy shark.

GoogleTerrible company. Don't deal with tenants issues at all throughout entiriety of tenancy. Sloppy eg take too much money from accounts initially, leave to let signs outside property for ages after property been let. They are All about grabbing money - eg charge a huge admin fee to check in at start of tenancy and then another £100+ free to check out at end of tenancy. No urgency to return deposit (took 3 weeks). Avoid at all costs

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST Very disappointed with their service. They didn't want to help resolve any of our issues. Everytime we presented them with an issue they tried to put it back to us. We had no timer on our heating for the full tenancy, paid over £200 admin fee to move in and then a further £110 to 'check out'. We then had to chase for our deposit return, which took over 3 weeks.
