GoogleFantastic service from James and the team! It wasnt the most straightforward purchase and after many road bumps we got there in the end. James and his team remained professional throughout the process, I would heartily reccomend buying through eddison white!

GoogleDue to Covid 19, it was less straightforward to book a visit, but once I got in touch with Emma, I received a very quick reply and could visit the flat the day after. I'm now in process of renting it, thanks again for organising this that quickly!

GoogleWe have been scammed by the owner of this agency himself. He has mislead us to sign a contract. We have paid £400 deposit for the property. The agent decided to make us unaware that if we fail reference check, the deposit wouldn’t be returned to us. The agent had refused to show us the failed reference form. He gave no description of why the check had failed. Interestingly we have passed the same check with a different agency three weeks later with no issues. PLEASE AVOID at all costs! If you have dealt with similar issues or have unfairly lost more money to this agent. Please contact me as we are currently in touch with a solicitor and are planning a group action claim for Court to get our money back.

GoogleHonestly only giving one star because zero wasn't an option. The most incompetent people I have met, with no sense of responsibility or initiative. I wish I had written this after one negative experience but after 18 months of dealing with this company I can honestly say that if I owned a property, I would never ever consider using them. I have multiple friends in the exact same industry who agree with me, their companies would never preform to the low standards provided by this company. My advise is use literally any other, of the many, companies listed for your property.
