POOR REVIEWS CAN BE MISLEADING. In this case, it certainly is. The reviewer is unhappy the owner has disputed the return of her deposit. Because of this. we get a poor review. In many cases a poor review is written because someone doesn't get an outcome they'd hope for, its not necessarily poor service! My advice to all tenants to avoid disputes at the end of a tenancy. 1. Make sure your rent is paid up to date. 2. Make sure you clean thoroughly and don't just tidy up. 3. Expect damages to property or possessions to be claimed for. 4. Hand the property back in the same condition as you received it. 5. Expect to pay for the full notice period. 6. If there is a dispute, expect the disputed amount to be held back, until resolved. 7. Remember, in many cases it is the agents legal responsibility to hold the deposit until a resolution is agreed. We can not just give it back without correct permission.

Terrible agents, they do not look after tenants and do not care about them. Only interest is landlords and trying to squeeze as much money as they can from tenants for no reason. They are very dodgy and disorganised. They do not talk to each other and this creates unnecessary stress / chasing up etc. Oh and the best: try to complain and they will only give you a lecture and a ton of dodging answers that would not even acknowledge the information or the feedback. There are so many agents in the same area with beautiful properties at the same price. Don’t be fooled by these apparently good agents... Be cautious!

This was my first experience renting an apartment myself, and after more than a few negative encounters with different agencies, eddisonwhite was my saving grace! Emma and Holly are both wonderful, and made me feel so at ease from the get go. Being able to enjoy our encounters took so much of the stress away, and I am incredibly thankful for them! I have used Eddisonwhite on a number of occasions my recent one was the sale of my property on Peterborough Road Carshalton . I generally can say from start to finish the customer service and professionalism shown by Eddisonwhite has been outstanding, responding really quickly to emails and always on the end of the phone to answer any queries I can also state that Eddisonwhite went above and beyond to insure the sale of my house went through due to multiple issues faced within the chain I would highly recommend using Eddisonwhite.

Holly has looked after me and my tenants for the last few years and always keeps me updated and makes sure everything ticks along. JP has done an amazing job finding tenants in this tricky time. The amount of work he's put in to finding someone and also keeping me regularly updated is greatly appreciated. Good job guys!
