GoogleGood properties at suitable price points. I found great difficulty communicating with the agents, as communication between the team seems to be lacking. I was met with dishonesty, rudeness, unprofessionalism and inconsistency. I was dismissed, before any checks or referencing processes were conducted and told the property was off the market when it was available and advertised to others.
HI Nasser, I'm sorry to hear that. I have just listened to the phone call you had with my colleague Rhys today, where I feel he explained everything quiet well. Unfortunately the property you were interested in had an offer come in prior to your offer. It seems as though you were not in the best financial position to move forward regardless and you hadn't even viewed the property yourself yet? It is our landlords that determine who they wish to rent their homes not us. We have a process where although the owner had excepted an offer the property is not officially taken off the market. At this point we do not carry out further viewing , as this would be a waste of everyone's time. As my colleague mentioned in the call, he had been honest with you, certainly wasn't rude nor unprofessional but had apologised if a part time and and fairly new member of our team said anything different. He also offered to help you find another property (but had said your position may be an issue) which you declined. Good luck with your search. Regards Richard Eddison

In particular she acted quickly to get a tricky exchange through where conveyancers were causing an unnecessary hold up. Would highly recommend Emma and will go to her in future.

GoogleIt is not surprising that there are so many glowing reviews. EW have managed my property for 4 years and I haven't regretted it. James W is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is efficient, resourceful and I truly value his opinion. I can absolutely count on James to give me an honest answer to my concerns. I cannot speak highly enough of JP who sold my property. He is reliable, approachable and trustworthy. JP has been fantastic at keeping me informed and through a positive attitude, he has always accommodated my hectic schedule. I highly recommend EW for both property management and sales. There is a wonderful work ethic at EW. My only regret is that I am not buying a property in that area - I would certainly have loved to used these guys again.

I have recently sold a property with EddisonWhite and I could not have wished for a better and friendlier service. Emma as well as JamesW haven been absolutely marvellous, patient and totally stuck to their promise and delivered results where another estate agent failed. All services provided were perfect, pictures of high quality and everything was on time. On top of all this they did go the extra mile, super important as a lot was done with us being overseas. GoogleWe had a great experience with Eddision White and we would highly recommend them. From the initial introduction with Richard, all the way to the completion of sales, they have been very responsive and professional. We appointed the agency to market and sell our development in South Wimbledon, which they did brilliantly. I personally dealt with Rhys, JP and James and found them all responsive and helpful throughout the process. If you are looking for an agent in the area, I would recommend them and I will definitely use them again in the future.
