The staff have been amazing. Ben in the sales office has been excellent. I've never had to chase him once, he always done what he said he was going to do, provided loads of updates and even answered 100's of my random questions! 100% gone above and beyond. I will miss not dealing with him in the future, he's been outstanding.We have now moved in and now deal with the site manager Rob. First day moving in and we was not sure about fitting blinds, Rob came round straight away and answered our questions! First impressions are great.I rang Rob today about some cones that were near my house, minutes later they were gone, I was only asking if it was OK to park my car! Even the builders that have been doing work nearby have been really friendly. I was a little concerned about being so close to building work, but they're really nice, they stop what they're doing and let you pass straight away. It also feels safer knowing there's so many staff nearby.We found a few snags after moving in so we decided to get a snagger. He did find a few minor issues but he complimented the build quality and said that DWH are really well built. I do think paying for a snagger was worth it despite not finding anything major. I liked the reassurance, especially after hearing horror stories with other new build companies. I've not had any snags repaired yet but I've only reported them this morning!We've had plenty of contact from staff and even had a director visit my house today.

I'd like to take this moment & share a big THANKS to the entire DWH team. I'd like to specifically call out few people for their exceptional service right from reservation to handover process & beyond.To begin with, Matthew in Ashlawn Gardens office has been absolutely fantastic. He showed lot of patience in understanding our requirement & accordingly guided us to make the right choice. He was ably supported by Michael & Hilary from the sales team.All of my queries during the entire process were handled promptly & efficiently.So far, we haven't any major issues in the house as such but thanks to Tom (site engineer) for helping us clear minor snags in timely manner.Great job DWH team & thank you again for helping us move into our dream home !!
