Our sales consultant was very welcoming and friendly in the meeting and explained everything clearly. The sales office was a very customer friendly and relaxing experience to complete the reservation. We got a guided tour of the property and surrounding area, with full explanation of the ongoing development, boundaries and future development. Overall the customer experience was excellent, we came away with a clear understanding of the property, site, process and, very importantly the aftercare service that we would receive., Excellent job and highly recommend.

After 35 years since last moving house we were apprehensive about the whole process, however after the initial visit to the sales office we felt we were in safe hands. The whole team are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They have been patient and supportive throughout the whole conveyancing process despite us missing several key deadlines due to circumstances beyond our control. They even offered to courier documents from our buyer to help speed up things. A special mention for Jemma Maloney who always responded quickly to calls and emails, was friendly and kept everyone in the loop with information. The whole experience although stressful at times has been helped by such a great team who genuinely want the best outcome for their buyers.

As many other buyers, we have spent over £400k on a house at the DWH development (Buckinghamshire), expecting a decent quality of life, yet we feel like we are living in slum-like conditions due to ongoing antisocial behaviour and poor management of social housing tenants.
After dealing with a tenant with suspected drug problems who caused significant disruption and threatened our children, we are now facing similar issues with other suspected drug users appearing in the children's park and on the streets between houses. The police and housing agency have been informed, yet the problems persist.
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of living in this development, and the situation has significantly affected my mental health. It is time for these issues to be addressed seriously and for someone to take responsibility for ensuring a safe environment for residents and their children.

We have been in our new Duchy Home for a week now and have to say we are delighted with our new home.
Sales Executive Niki has been superb throughout the process. She is always a great advocate for us as the customers and we honestly couldn't fault her. She is a great communicator and was always smiling and welcoming whenever we popped by.
The build quality is a very high standard and the snags so far have all been very minor and Site Manager Gary fixed some of them on the spot as we went round.
If I had criticisms it would be that the height of the kitchen cabinets is too high - I can only reach the top shelves on tip toe, so I can only put things on the front edge. This also puts the bottom edges of doors and cabinets is at prime head-bumping height, so not ideal.
As I chose not to upgrade the hob, I found the standard ceramic hob that has been fitted rather basic, and not easy to clean round the knobs .
A pedestrian access door to the garage would also be useful, but these are minor points.
My husband and I are looking forward to the process of making this our dream home.
So in summary a huge thank you to Niki, Gary and all the team for making the journey relatively stress-free.
My husband Jerry doesn't do reviews, but if he did it would say "We love you Niki ! And Gary we like you alot too !"
