Throughout our experience of the viewing process and communication with DW at Forest Walk, Curbridge the staff we dealt with were helpful and knowledgeable at all times. To be fair we were quite exacting in our requests and requirements which in the end could not be reached. But it was certainly not from the lack of effort on their part to make things work. Unfortunately the property/ development was not for us in the end.

Good communication from initial viewing through to completion. From Mel and Lina in the Sales Office to Alex (Site Manager) and team they have all been great. The location is beautiful with many facilities nearby such as stores, GP surgery, hairdresser and a Fish and Chip shop.

We were kept up to date via Abby Timmins our sales advisor on the progress of the build. Abby was amazing and asnwered our many questions. On the day we moved in Abby met us at our new house and with a hamper, very nice. We love the house and the estate, we are settling in really well.

We can't praise the team on site highly enough. Jane in the Sales Office has been brilliant with the efficient service she has provided. She has been both friendly, approachable and helpful. Carl, the assistant site manager, has always gone out of his way to ensure that we understood all the features of our new home and has been a most amiable contact throughout the past few months. He couldn't have been more helpful and has responded immediately to all our queries. Can't praise both of these people enough.

Nikki was great throughout the whole purchase process, and Gary was really good at keeping on top of the snagging list. It would have been a five-star experience if I hadn’t had issues with no cutlery drawer being installed, despite paying for the kitchen upgrade.

Our first home was a Victorian end-of-terrace. And whilst it was in need of updating, it had great bones that continue to stand the test of time. Being a rather small abode, it took us years to relocate our growing family, as so many new builds were pretty with modern layouts, but not 'better ' and made us feel like they weren't going to stand the test of time. With that being said, I couldn't be more DELIGHTED with our new Duchy home. From start to finish, it has been an amazing journey. Not only do I have a sense that Niki and the rest of the sales team are not just selling you a house, but they are well aware they are selling you a home, and so much respect and attention to detail goes into that, and it shines through in all of our interactions. We have been in the home for a few months now, and I continue to be impressed with the fantastic quality of everything in the house. I was sceptical about Hotpoint appliances as we usually purchase Miele or Bosch, but I put in a heavy load of baked-on, no-rinse dishes and it came out sparkling. From the heavy keys, to the solid door handles, premium kitchen, solar panels, and an iboost to use solar to heat your water tank, everything has been thoroughly thought out. It is clear that everyone involved in the design process considered what it would be like to actually live here, and built a house that would become a home on a site that will become a community. As much as I love my new home, not everything was perfect when we moved in. And with so many details and different tradesmen, it makes a lot of sense. HOWEVER, Gary, the site manager, is brilliant. Always on top of things. I much prefer competence to charisma, but I find Gary has both in spades. He made sure everything was put right and gave me the confidence that we weren't going to be abandoned after we got our keys. The same attentiveness shown by Niki has followed through with Gary, and I'm sure with the customer service team when the time comes. I couldn't be more pleased with our beautiful home that continues to surprise me as I notice more and more little things that are just nice features I wouldn't have thought to ask for, but I'm super glad someone thought to put them in.
