We came to the sales office on the off chance of reserving a home for next year after a bad experience elsewhere and walked away reserving an amazing home that will be ready in 3 months all going to plan! The whole process from start to finish with Michelle has been seamless with no pressure at all. We can’t comment on the build quality for obvious reasons but the customer experience has been great. Would recommend

Michelle was really helpful throughout the full process, she went through everything in so much detail so we didn’t have much questions to ask. She kept checking us on us throughout the process to ensure we understood everything and had anything more to ask. We had a walk through the show home and Michelle explained all the extras that the house had and what was included as started which was really helpful. Overall 10/10 experience with Michelle, she was great

Been in our home nearly 5 months sold us our dream home yet to be a bad decision none of the tiles in out bathrooms are straight level or plum looks horrendous paint work throughout the home is rubbing of the walls carpet it coming up in every room brick work that is way out of the guide lines the apparently keep sending people round without giving us dates or times so the work can not be done would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking of buying a net build don’t it’s more stress them it’s worth payed 245k for our house and the one next door is exactly the same just got sold for 20k less as they couldn’t sell it. Caused so many family arguments it’s unreal honestly do not buy a new build.Scarborough plot 59

From the get go Michelle has been fantastic; from our first initial visit just to see what houses were available and the whole process to the reservation of our property! Nothing is too much trouble, no question is a problem and answered or the information found out for us. Michelle has so much knowledge about the site and each house. You will always be made to feel welcome even if it’s just to have another look around the show home. We can’t Wait to move onto the next step of choosing some extras for our house and then move in! Thank you so much Michelle x

We have reserved a plot at Scholars Gate and our experience with Duchy Homes has been great so far. Our sales advisor, Michelle, has been excellent and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is cheerful, friendly and very efficient, addressing any concerns and answering any questions we have had to our full satisfaction. She has kept us fully-informed at every stage. We have also met Luke, one of the site managers, who showed us around our plot and inside a similar house which was further along in its build than ours. Again, friendly and knowledgeable. To put the cherry on the cake (no pun intended) Michelle gave my mum a birthday card as our first viewing fell on her birthday! She also makes a delicious Cappuccino.

He answered all our questions about the Movemaker option, and even kept our puppy busy whilst we looked around the show home- a brave thing considering he was wearing a lovely suit! We’re looking into taking the next step with DWH and Bradley’s customer service skills have definitely helped us get there

What a great start to the process of buying our new home. The site is so well planned and the house looks so stylish but is so practical for everyday living. The staff suit the site. Michelle and Ryan have been absolutely great with us. They are guiding us through the process with full professionalism and empathy in what is always a great stress. The have answered all questions and are helping us through the process above what you would normally expect. Can’t thank them enough, for making it as stress free as possible. It has definitely got off to a good start . Thank you so much , we appreciate it.
